If I could rate this pharmacy a zero I would. After an emergency room visit a heart medication was called in to the pharmacy. It was a Sunday afternoon. CVS texted a few hours later that they did not have the medication in stock and had to order it. I tried calling to see if another location could fill it. The phone tree does not allow you to talk to a person as a patient. So I went through their automated phone tree, gave the date of birth as requested, and was told that that account did not exist. The only way to talk to a person was to use the doctor line. Desperate to talk with someone (it was a heart medication needed in a few hours after being in hospital for 5 days) I selected that option and told the tech who answered why I was calling. She told me I had to leave a message on their answer machine and they would call back when they could. Then she hung up on me. It was a heart medication that was needed in a few hours. Worst customer service ever. Very apathetic, cold and rude to a patient who was urgently looking for help.

Picked up some photos on 6/26/25 at 10:45 pm and couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received from the young man who handled my order.

BEWARE of 3rd shift male cashier gave me the heebie jeebies He literally approached me and scared the crap out of me AT 3 AM WHILE IM SICK. Like he's a friend and I do not know him like that!! I can understand if he was asking if I needed help finding something but that wasn't the case. You have no right to follow a customer like that you are not security and it's really not cool to make a woman feel uncomfortable by approaching. Literally freaked me out so bad I didn't finish grabbing all my items and left quickly. Mind you this happened at 3 in the morning and I was sick! Look dude you work this shift but not everyone else is awake at 3 am and wants to be social either. So creepy and weird. Like I wanna be scared on top of being sick and extremely tired??? Disgusted

Medication was ready and now all of a sudden they don’t know where it’s at. All locations for CVS aren’t great, this location is better than most, but still they are frustrating. You can’t even call and talk to a human.

The ability to call your local pharmacy is now an automated callback within an hour. Many families are working parents and unable to be available for the return call. Add in the “ready in 2 hours” and 5 hours later, they tell me they will try.
This really is unacceptable. Especially as it pertains to post operative medications. Hire someone specifically on phones, I know with my meds alone they can afford it. Do better CVS

Terrible customer service i seen something online said it was only in the store and only certain locations had them so I followed the app to this store went in to get it and it was more expensive I showed them they argued it and then the manager came out with an attitude and and did nothing to help show me where it was or match the price as the one online. No wonder nobody wants to go to cvs anymore.

Rude staff. Long lines, poor communication. This is the worst pharmacy. More times than not I leave dissatisfied, and today was no different. So disrespectful and grouchy. It takes zero effort to be people.

First and last time using this CVS. My husband has been sitting in line trying to get meds for myself and our very sick daughter. He gets to the window and then close it in front of him. They don’t say anything they just put up a sign. So now after waiting all that time after being told our RX was ready he has to wait another 30min for an open 24hrs pharmacy. Except they aren’t open 24hrs daily. See their website ….this poor level of customer service is why companies should go out of business. Definitely won’t go here again. Hope others read the reviews and choose somewhere else.

In a three month window the pharmacy has misplaced three prescriptions for my family. In the off chance prescriptions are available, the wait is commonly 10-30 minutes.
