Store is often understaffed. Employees are kept busy receiving orders, stocking orders. Returning items to their proper locations after customers decide they don't want it and randomly discard them anywhere but where they got them (not all, but more than enough to create chaos in an already chaotic atmosphere.) Lacking full time cashiers, impatient customers consider it an affront to have to wait for an employee, to stop stocking shelves, or helping other customers, to get to the cash register.
I hope this helps explain why there is sometimes no one at the register.
Cleaning, stocking, restocking, helping customers and keeping the store presentable takes time
So please be patient, someone is on their way.

If I could give the store zero stars I would. I’ve come here for 2 years now and the only time I’ve ever had good customer service or any for that matter is when a younger male with freckles is working. The Women here are lazy the store is trashy. The lazy women working the morning of 1.20.2024 cared more about being in the back hiding from customers and gossiping than doing their job. The world’s easiest job I might add scanning and bagging peoples items. I easily could have stolen all my items and not paid for them, and they never would’ve known. DO BETTER!!! If you want to be lazy I’d prefer you sit at home and not work period then not be available to customers.

The store itself is great, but I just went in today and myself and the only other customer in the store were waiting at the register, which had a "went to bathroom" sign on the register. I spoke to the other woman in line and she said as she came in the two employees were outside smoking and talking about how much they hated their jobs. Incredibly unprofessional and the staff of this specific store seems to be less and less quality every visit. Won't be going back.

I'm not sure what's up with these stores. Management? Owner? Cooperate? But they can't seem to get it right. Even at a new location! Typically the staff are young 17-20 years of age. Talking on their phone listening to music with ear buds. Making inappropriate conversation. The store is unorganized more time than not. Whoever is in charge NEEDS to take charge or this location will close. People in this town won't tolerate port service AND a messy store. Get it together already

Person working at leaned over the register, look my daughter up from her ankles to her breasts in a very inappropriate manner and made us all uncomfortable. Dont take your kids near Chester; oh if i didnt mention...She is 14. Please advise

Good prices and good location. They have good prices on vitamins but that always seem to be out. When you ask about the vitamins you told next week. The prices are real good on the vitamins but and even cheaper than Walmart. They got to have stock, I have had to buy them else where. Nice people that work there..
