Update: 26Jul24 - I have taken my daughter back twice since and had to book with someone else and my daughter has been left upset both times. No one has been able to work magic like Lilliana. This last time being the worst. My daughter requested a shoulder length cut with longer bangs and LOTS of layers. She has almost NO layers and absolute BABY BANGS. She has been so upset since we left. My daughter likes a little bit of an edgier look, tousled, layers, short, fun colors, etc. As much as I love the customer service, pricing, atmosphere, this just might not be the right fit (and that’s ok). Just want to be transparent for prospective customers ?
(OP)- My daughter goes to see Lilliana and just adores her. My daughter is 14 and cursed with social anxiety, but Lilliana is so sweet and patient she makes my daughter feel at ease and enjoy her experience every time. Plus, she comes out looking amazing. Lilliana takes the time to listen to what my daughter wants and nails it every time. Not to mention, the salon is clean, inviting, and beautiful. Never once have I felt out of place, even when I’m just waiting for my daughter ?

I just adore Nicole! She is always ready to give me her vision and opinion on what to do with my hair, and she’s quick to formulate a plan and explain it to me thoroughly. I had my hair highlighted recently for the first time in almost 4 years, and she paid particular attention to my baby hairs so that they wouldn’t be over processed and damaged. Her personality is super friendly and engaging, too. I always enjoy my time visiting with her.
Follow up: I went to Nik while Nicole is on maternity leave, and she was also so good!! I love what she did to my hair! She was easy to chat with, and I’m excited to see what she does with my color in a few months. EM is great!!

I always leave feeling pampered. From the front desk staff to the stylist, everyone is friendly and helpful. The salon has a very nice "marketplace" in the reception area that includes seasonal gifts, jewelry, and great hair products. Kylie always starts each session with a discussion about what is working, if I want any changes and what we can do at this visit. She also reviews the cost. I like how she shares what products she is using. I love the natural product line that they utilize and sell. One other thing that impresses me, is that they sponsor events for the community.

Love the vibe of this place! Been coming here for quite some time now and really like it when I go. I am not the typical person who loves to go to the salon but I do enjoy it here. ?
Hair type: Super white/blonde, fine hair with significant regrowth post-COVID and major weight loss both of which caused some serious hair loss.
Stylist: UPDATE: had Ashlyn again and we cut my hair shorter to start meeting the new growth…BEST HAIRCUT EVER! Thanks for your encouragement, kind words, and doing a GREAT JOB!!
