Been coming to the Brownsburg Firestone for 5 years now. The store is well-managed and they’ve been honest, helped me get pricing deals, given great second opinions, corrected mistakes free of charge, and generally taken great care in servicing our four cars. Will continue coming back.

First brought in company fleet truck to get an approval for tires. I never heard from the store so I called and the guy said I was only approved for 2 tires and I told him that I needed 4 and he said he would try for another approval. Waited another day and was never called so I called and Crystal said I was approved for 4 tires and she could order them. I then made an appointment for the following Monday at 3pm. When I arrived at 2:50pm, Crystal said I didn’t have an appointment but could still get me in. I asked if it was for 4 tires she said no but she would take care of it. I noticed the guy was only putting 2 tires on and I asked Crystal why not 4 and she said the 4 were not approved. When I told her put the old tires on she got upset and raised her voice saying that’s all the company approved. After speaking to my supervisor he said take the 2 for now. I told Crystal and she told the guy to proceed. I feel that I should have been called back both times when I was only approved for 2 tires and she never should have told me I was approved for 4 when I made the appointment. Also before my truck was serviced she should have notified me that they were only putting on 2 tires. Crystal mislead me on the phone and also when I was in the shop. With her misleading information and temper, maybe she isn’t the best manager for this store. I have dealt with Firestone before and always treated good.

The service guys were awesome I found a nail in my tire they had it plugged and ready in about 20 minutes and the price was amazing I would definitely recommend them.

We had the most pleasant experience this Saturday morning when taking our teen for her first oil change. We were greeted by a very friendly associate who helped us figure out services and discounts available. We added a thorough safety inspection to our package which was a great option. The job was done in a timely manner and while some extra services were offered we did not feel like we had any pushy sales experience. Thank you!

Customer service was very nice, she needs 5 stars by herself. I came in with a problem they checked it out found out it wasn’t that problem and fixed what it was for much cheaper. They were awesome and didn’t try to charge me for frivolous charges.

Had a nail in the tire, replaced the full tire months after I had all new tires replaced here. Always get my tires done here.
