Got a loan from this branch and paid it off a year and half early and it’s been 8 months and I still don’t have my title to the vehicle I got the loan for.

I started going to this location after being treated like a criminal by the manager & some staff at the Avon branch. What a difference a few miles make. The staff here is friendly, helpful & a pleasure to do business with.

For whatever reason, you cannot deposit money for your employer at this location without giving your name, date of birth and social security number. It makes no sense, feels like an invasion of privacy and is extremely frustrating. We have talked with them numerous times in regards to this matter, as the employee has nothing to do with the bank account and isn’t asking to withdrawal but only deposit into the account. We have asked before what the difference is if we use the night deposit box, and we were told “I don’t know”. We are currently looking into other banking options.
