I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their customer service is top notch. I ordered one of their turbos about a year and some change ago and it had a small manufacture defect that ultimately caused the turbo to overheat and fry the bearings. When this happened I was about 2000 miles from home and scared that I wouldn’t be able to make it back. I called up fleece performance about this issue and asked if it was covered under warranty and explained how I’m stranded away from home at mammoth cave national park. They said of course and told me they could mail me out a new one that day to or I could drive to them which was only a couple hours away and they would have it waiting for me to pick up. I made the drive got the new turbo, installed it and was back on the road in 4 hours. Scott walked me through troubleshooting advice and installation advice that ended up helping me out a lot. I never have had such a positive and more helpful experience from any other company. They were truly amazing and ended up saving my family’s biggest camping/vacation we have ever planned. Also the truck is an absolute rocket now and the jake brake works flawlessly. I love my turbo set up.

Top notch owner that’s on the ball. He even reached out on social media when I asked a question on one of the truck forums. Really appreciate his help and love their turbos. If you have the misfortune of reaching Dave (sounds like Piglet from Whinnie the Pooh) just ask for someone else. He’s a tool, with no authority and is rude to customers. He must be good at something there, or I have full confidence that he’d be blown a big kiss. Thanks guys!

I bought a last minute head off of Fleece and the customer service line was outstanding. Jeff did an awesome job and didn’t make us feel like just another number. They didn’t have to wait for us but they did and more on top of that. The way they pride themselves in their work and parts is amazing. This definitely won’t be my last purchase from them.
