“They have a wonderful assortment of flowers and are definitely worth a visit. However, I was here on Monday at 2:30 PM looking at flowers for my girlfriend to give her for our 1 year and it says they are open from 9-5. Unfortunately, they were not open. No signage or anything indicating they were closed. I was very disappointed.
Update: Thank you for the reply. I came back in and had a wonderful experience a few days later and I am much more understanding on why y’all were closed that day. I am changing my review to 5 stars.”
“Well I wanted to go to my Kroger at West Pointe Plaza. The store is usually nice and clean....not today. I don't know if there's a manager change or if the store decided to have a sick out but the only thing open was 4 of the self-checkouts which the line stretched from the self-checkouts all the way into the deli section. Then there was one line opened with a human cashier and that line stretched all the way down the cereal aisle. If there was a sick out to tick off the manager, get it fixed or don't open the store if you don't have staff.”

“I ordered a lantern for a funeral and asked to have a couple flowers put on with a ribbon. They went over and above what I asked. It had an absolutely beautiful small bouquet with a ribbon. I loved it. So thankful. ?”
