DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ! we had a reservation for 3/10, pickup by 9:30am. Called 20 called at 9:45 to inform them we were late, but on our way. They cancelled the reservation, and 2 days later, a $46 charge for a no show. This was never divulged to me over the phone. Our 1st experience was last November. Did a reservation over the internet, showed up. No car! Use enterprise. No access to an actual number to resolve this issue. Have to dispute thru my credit card! Rude staff as well, when you can get them to answer

Do not ever get a rental here, they will charge you a $400 “outside wash fee” and when you ask what it is, they tell you it’s because you smoked in the vehicle. It’s just a way they scam people and sent your debt to collections. I don’t smoke and never have touched a cigarette.

I declined insurance online because I have very good rental insurance coverage. My husband goes to pick up the car and they charged an extra $200 for insurance on top the rental fee and my husband had no idea why. That's shady AF will not be using them again.

ZERO Stars if I could. Do not rent here! They cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours before I was to pick it up because they did not have anything available! I was really stuck in a bind. A major car rental company with no cars??

This is my favorite rental spot! Customer service is amazing , I never had an issue . I will say they are sold out of cars A LOT ! So what I do when I make a reservation is call and make sure they have a car ready for me or not.

This is the worst rental car operation I have ever dealt with. On two separate occasions now they have canceled, the day before the trip, a reservation that was not only prepaid in advance, but also confirmed in writing. The location has no customer service acumen and did not offer to help assist with finding a replacement rental from another Hertz. They simply canceled and said my payment would be refunded. They did give me the option to call around to another Hertz to find a replacement before cancelling and refunding. Do not waste your time with this location and use Enterprise instead.

Reserved and prepaid full amount for the rental car on Friday. Stopped in Brownsburg, IN to pick it up on Saturday and was told I need the original credit card I paid it with. Why, it’s already paid for? We just have to have it. Well, I don’t have it with me because I was never told to bring it. Won’t take debit card either. The clerk wasn’t friendly. Acted like I was a nuisance.Ok, so what happens if my husband rented a car for me because I was stuck out of state? So basically, you can’t do that because you can’t rent a car unless you have the actual credit card. That’s fine, I’ve never had this problem with Enterprise or Avis. Will never go back to Hertz.

Do not expect any form of "customer service" from this location. I have used this rental service for years without issue. I was involved in a car accident and called to reserve a vehicle for pick up. First, when I called the local branch, it immediately transferred me to their corporate office. After explaining to the rep that my insurance had sent an assignment for a reservation she was able to pull my information. She then asked me a laundry list of questions before sending me over to the local branch. The person I spoke to had an attitude from the moment I was sent over. It must be such an inconvenience to have to do your job. When she asked me why I was calling, I explained I needed to reserve a vehicle for pick up. She asked me if I had a reservation. I said, no, I have not yet reserved a vehicle so I was calling to do so. She asked me if it was for business or leisure, I said... no, my insurance sent over an assignment for the reservation. She immediately cut me off and told me she couldn't help... call insurance. I explained, insurance already sent the assignment so all I needed to do was reserve the vehicle for pick up. Her condescending response was "Ma'am I ASKED you if you had a reservation and you said no, so do you or do you not have one?"It wasn't even worth explaining to her that I wanted to reserve a vehicle for pick up again. My insurance sent an assignment... aka a REQUEST for a reservation. I'm not an idiot. I worked these claims with this insurance company for over 6 years. I'm aware of how the process works. Once the request has been sent, the insured or claimant make arrangements with the branch to have a car reserved that meets your needs.I contacted claims and had my assignment sent to Enterprise instead. I guess Hertz is willing to throw quite a bit of money away... considering this repair will likely exhaust my policy limits of $1200.

Had to get a rental from insurance company. After my granddaughters car was in a accident. The manager Summer was very nice and gave my granddaughter her a choice of cars. We were treated very nice and got in out with no problems. I, would highly recommend them.
