I have been banking with this place so long it was originally called Railroadmans bank! I absolutely adore the ladies here! They are more like family with me and whenever there's something going on with me they without a doubt show concern of care! When my father was drying it even affected them! I can't thank these dedicated people enough for going above and then some for me! They are genuine and so even if I had a simple transaction that only required the ATM I will always choose to go inside to say hello even if there's a long line! PS. Miss seeing Mallory, but way to go with the promotion!!!

I love this bank and all of its staff. They are so friendly and it's very nice and clean. I especially love that they have coloring books and crayons set out on a small table in the seating area. That is a fantastic feature when I have to go in with my 1 and 2 year olds. Not only do I love this location but I'm so happy to be banking with Huntington.

Really only giving this place 2 stars because the guy that greeted me was friendly and i left with a s****** If you don't bank here, i hope you never have to go in to this bank for anything. I tried to cash a Huntington check that was made out to me. I needed the cash immediately or else I would have just gone to my bank in the first place. I was prepared to pay a fee and showed them my drivers license. They needed an additional form of ID and my debit card from my own bank would not be accepted. They handed me a list of acceptable additional forms of ID that included my social security card, passport, credit card, and some other government issued documents. If this is their policy i get it...but when i made the comment “who keeps their social security card on them†the teller replied “actually a lot of people do.†Loooolll I've never met anyone who keeps their social security card on them and my bank doesn't even accept a social security card as another form of ID. Why does a credit card work and a debit card doesn't? Doesn't make sense to me and they didn't seem smart. I wouldn't trust them with MY money.

Everyone here is amazing. I love walking into my bank and having everyone know my name and face. They've always handled any issues I've had professionally and quickly. They make banking a near pleasurable experience.
