Very rude staff. I went to get my toenails painted and I guess because I didn’t want a pedicure. They thought they could be rude to me. Do they not realize that we have apps on our phone that can translate their language? Never will I step foot in that establishment again!

Been here twice so far and both times I’ve had a fantastic experience. I’ve showed the tech what I’d like including the shape and thickness and I get exactly what I want! Definitely recommend! Will be coming here from now on.

Ben is my guy!! I am a nurse and literally have found nowhere else that does dip nails and have stayed on my nails for as long as they do. I can get at least one month if not, six weeks! He’s very detail oriented, and my nails always look great!

Update: I had some issues with my 2nd set, and they took care of me no problems. Customer service is rated 10 stars! They're amazing, and I'd highly recommend them and Katie!!
I got a full set Gel X with French tip and basic pedicure with regular polish. Prices were very reasonable. The pedicure included hot stones and hot towel, leg and foot massage. I definitely recommend.

My husband had gotten me a 100 dollar gift certificate so I went last week. It was awful. First of all my pedicure was done a young who was on his second day of the job. He didn’t do bad but then I had to wait to get my nails dipped. a Younger girl ended up doing them after I mentioned i was on a time schedule. I had already been there 2 hours. She ended up cutting my nails down even though i told her not to and when she dipped my nails she left a 1/4 in from each cuticle so my nails would catch on everything . I ended up taking them off because I was tired of having my hair get pulled out every time I brushed it. I definitely will never go back.

Showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails and he said ok he could do it and after he put my nails on and it was time for the design he didn’t know how to do the design so he attempted to polish my nails and it was horrible my 5 year old could have done better. So I told him to remove the polish and I would go somewhere else. As you can see in the picture after he removed the polish it was still caked under my nails and I was charged 46.50 and I still have to go to another shop to get my polish and design. The third picture is what I asked for and I told him it wasn’t polish it looks like it was dip.

Loved getting my nails done here! My technician was very detailed on my acrylics fill and my nails turned out amazing. There were lots of people here but I did not feel like he was rushing through my nails. I came in with a group of 5 and all our nails turned out great!
I was only in town for a few days, but I would make this my regular salon if I lived closer!
I paid around $42 for color removal from my last acrylics, cuticle trim, and a gel fill with gel.

I had a 9:30 appointment, was there waiting but they took 3 customers before me. I thought that was the point of appointment. Didn’t feel as if my time was valued.

Bought my grandma for a meni pedi and the Chinese guy was very kind he massaged her legs and did a good job. We will definitely be coming back in the future. ?

First time going to INails. I was a walk-in, but didn't wait too long. Got a full set French tip. I had a gentleman doing my nails. He was nice, but my set was a mess. Shape was not consistent, white painted tips were crooked (he re-did 3 of them and still couldn't figure it out) and felt that I was rushed thru the appointment. I'm sure there are better technicians there, but I won't be going back to find out. It was expensive so I definitely didn't get what I paid for.

I've been going to iNails for several years now. They are professional and friendly, and my nails always last three or more weeks before I need them redone. I highly recommend them.
