First of all, I would like to express my debt of gratitude toward Denny and his team at Integrity mortgage group.
Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. In today’s financial situation/market, it’s nice to have someone who has great knowledge and experience to help navigate you through what is already a challenging and stressful time. They absolutely made the financial side of things easy for me. I would highly suggest Denny and his group for anyone who is seeking to buy a home. Tammy as well, she was always courteous and supportive as well as very quick to get things in motion. I can easily 5 star this group in their efforts for getting us the best possible outcome.

I wish I found Integrity mortgage group first. Unfortunately we are working with a different lender that does not communicate effectively. We are 4 days from closing and once again we get more of the same mishandled account and process rigermerole. Someone I know suggested that they had a good experience with Integrity. I called and spoke with reception a little about my situation. She immediately sent me to Denny. I explained my delimma and he very supportively asked for some docs for him to look over. He explained that the other lender is in line and not taking advantage of us, however, does not communicate effectively or punctually. It's too late to switch so close to closing without a lot of drama but man I wish we had time. Denny did not have to that for me. And went absolutely above and beyond. Hopefully interest rates go down Someday so we can work with the Frecker team for our future refinancing. Until then I will recommend them to anyone that will listen. Integrity is what they have, but compassion is what I felt. Thank you so much for what you did for me today!

Jake F and his team made our FIRST time home buying process a breeze! I highly recommend Integrity Mortgage to anyone in the market to purchase a new home to use their company! Over the last 10 years, I’d used a different lending company to TRY getting pre approved for a home purchase, & they just couldn’t make it happen for me. This time I was referred to Integrity & decided to give my dream of owning a home 1 last shot and I am SO pleased with the result 😁
The communication between Jake and his team is obviously top notch as they were always on the same page! This office/company operates like a well oiled machine and we will definitely use them in the future!

My husband is a second time home owner, but this was my first time ever going through the process of financing a new home. Jake Frecker and his team at Integrity were recommended to us by our realtor. I couldn’t be happier with how well he prepared me for everything that would be coming our way. He made himself available to me for all of my wild questions and my high anxieties about buying. Now all is said and done and I just don’t think buying our home together would’ve been better with any other group.
