I went to return an electric lawnmower because the battery was not working properly I received a $298 gift card. I ended up purchasing a more expensive lawn mower, the associate charged my personal debt card $520! And only charged my gift card $2.98. This issue was brought to the manager where I was told I needed to return the new lawn mower to get my money back and would have to buy it AGAIN in order to use the gift card. At this point I returned the lawn mower as that was the only way I would get a refund on my card and asked for the gift card to be refunded. I was told to leave the gift card at the store and they would try to get me cash back on Tuesday (it’s a holiday weekend) It is the 1st of the month bill are due, and I walked out of Lowe’s -$800, no lawn mower and was told I needed to wait for them to figure it out and there is nothing they can do. This is extremely frustrating and it’s was 100% the fault of the Lowe’s store not my own. I followed every step and was still left with a $800 loss and no product!

This Lowe's has been good to us. We've gone here for 10+ years. The store manager I've dealt with cares about the customer which is refreshing these days.
