This place used to be great but has really gone downhill! The older woman that works there is TERRIBLE! Went to have gel removed and she only removed part of it and then used a bottle of nail polish that was so old she kept adding thinner to it. Vents in the ceiling are beyond disgusting and cob webs on the walls. Not sure the place is ever cleaned. SAVE YOUR $$

The guy I had was great and thorough, but this lady who was doing my 7 year old niece's mani and pedi was grumpy and yelled at her for almost messing them up. In addition, my niece had 2 toes that weren't fully painted and a fingernail that got messed up while she was in the chair. Lady did a 'check' on them and didn't fix it. Also, they didn't say one word or even a greeting. And the lady came to grab us and took us while we were still choosing colors. She rushed ahead to show us where we were before we could tell her we were still picking.

My nails are done, and wasn’t overly expensive. However, I suppose you get what you pay for. They seemed to be rushed and had an unpleasant demeanor.

Nhu did nice manicure.I was extremely disappointed in how dirty this salon is. There was one other person getting a manicure and the other employees were more interested in their phones when they should be cleaning. Nail dust covering everything! The gentleman greeter was laying on the couch when I walked in and he remained barefoot while I was there!!!Now I know why I was only one of four on this Saturday morning.Service: Manicure

Overall nice experience but after examining my nails I’m gonna have. To get these soaked off, the tip size he used it jus too big on all my nails making my hands look like have. These bulb shaped fingers and I don’t. Wrong one it's the the Oscars in Kearny Missouri
