“Met Heavenly and Bree today, and they were outstanding. Bree was the manager on duty that had to help me but they were both superbly kind to me and my pup. Just over 3 months ago I bought a very heavy duty very long retractable lead for my dog because we hike everyday. It broke yesterday while on a hike, and I cannot afford my coonhound mix to get loose. He will take off and Chase anything and everything. The other lead was pretty pricey and I didn't have the receipt but since I was a member of their club she was able to look up and help me. I was so extremely relieved, and I ended up buying a higher end model. I previously purchased the pet supplies Plus brand but switched to a flexi. Again, I was extremely grateful because we were getting ready to head out and I desperately needed a lead for him and I really didn't want to have to buy a new one. I did pay for the difference for the upgrade. I had no problem with that. But again, I cannot think the ladies enough for their kindness and for the absolutely phenomenal custom service I received. I stopped shopping at a pet store down the road a few months back due to poor customer service. So pet supplies Plus definitely has my business and they're going to keep it. Thank you so much again. “I visited Paw Bakery on 4/14/23. Our sweet dog was going through a very rough time. I appreciate the kindness the owner showed me. She was so nice. Our dog loved the treat. It was one of her last ones before she passed away. I also bought a treat for our other dog and it disappeared in seconds. The treats in the bakery were so cute. Thank you for great service.”

“This location is always clean, and the staff are always very friendly. They keep their store well stocked, organized, and is one of the best places to buy reliable work boots. You can buy items ranging from kayaks, to outdoor equipment, along with some gardening supplies. This location is definetly worth the drive and well equipped with kind and knowledgable staff.”
“Used the DIY dog wash. The set up is convenient and easy to use, with all the supplies, hooks and even waterproof aprons at the ready. The staff does need to bring you towels and a quick tutorial. The best part for me was no bending over a tub or messy water cleanup.”

“Tracy is a great cashier, she answered all my questions when we cashed out. She said if I couldn't find it in the store. I can definitely check it out online..she is very kind and professional ?. We love your guys store and great atmosphere and clean store. I do feel like maybe the isles can be a bit bigger. But other than that. Great cashier and great store. “So, I moved back to the area recently from out of state and I had been pet sitting for some friends. I have my own pets but they sent me to Petco for some of their needs while they were out of the country. I really didn't care to go back because the three kids working seem to be more interested in themselves rather than customer service. However, today I went in for myself and took a dog with me. Kalie was outstanding and provided wonderful service and also sign me up for the membership program. One person can truly make a difference in retaining or losing a customer. I've always been in customer service and I expect nothing but excellent service even though we don't see it everywhere these days. Anyway, I'm not using Petco for some of my needs, as I truly did appreciate the great service I had today. Thanks.”

“This review is for Barbara at this PetSmart location, I wish I had a last name initial. I placed an order on DoorDash for Nutro Dog Food. When I received the order I noticed it had a discount sticker on it due to the product being short dated, unfortunately this discount did not reflect on my DoorDash total. I called the store and Barbara answered and was willing to help immediately, the patience, problem solving skills and amazing customer service will not be forgotten. Barbara is the employee PetSmart is lucky to have and the type of employee that is rare to find these days. Thank you for your help Barbara ?”
