“My dog does not do well around other dogs he gets super excited and sometimes he scares people because of his breed (unfortunately….. Lucki wouldn’t hurt anyone) so it was about an hour before closing time so I called to make sure we could still wash him if we were there by 8:30. A young lady answers the phone & tells me that’s fine so we get there and my son goes in and checks to see if there is any dogs in the store or the wash station & it’s clear . We get into the store and head right over to the wash and hook him up. They have everything you could need & it’s not very expensive we love it and the convenience is top notch. The staff was friendly & we will be back. Also got him a huge a bag of food on clearance and it’s great quality.”

“Met Heavenly and Bree today, and they were outstanding. Bree was the manager on duty that had to help me but they were both superbly kind to me and my pup. Just over 3 months ago I bought a very heavy duty very long retractable lead for my dog because we hike everyday. It broke yesterday while on a hike, and I cannot afford my coonhound mix to get loose. He will take off and Chase anything and everything. The other lead was pretty pricey and I didn't have the receipt but since I was a member of their club she was able to look up and help me. I was so extremely relieved, and I ended up buying a higher end model. I previously purchased the pet supplies Plus brand but switched to a flexi. Again, I was extremely grateful because we were getting ready to head out and I desperately needed a lead for him and I really didn't want to have to buy a new one. I did pay for the difference for the upgrade. I had no problem with that. But again, I cannot think the ladies enough for their kindness and for the absolutely phenomenal custom service I received. I stopped shopping at a pet store down the road a few months back due to poor customer service. So pet supplies Plus definitely has my business and they're going to keep it. Thank you so much again. “I visited Paw Bakery on 4/14/23. Our sweet dog was going through a very rough time. I appreciate the kindness the owner showed me. She was so nice. Our dog loved the treat. It was one of her last ones before she passed away. I also bought a treat for our other dog and it disappeared in seconds. The treats in the bakery were so cute. Thank you for great service.”

-it has pet wash and weekend pop up Vet.
My 2 fur babies have their regular Vet, but when out here working sometimes I cant get back home or I need their weight to keep accuracy of their simparico trio monthly treatment.
This is great location with big field.
Police patrol regular so dont overstay parking near TS.”
“Used the DIY dog wash. The set up is convenient and easy to use, with all the supplies, hooks and even waterproof aprons at the ready. The staff does need to bring you towels and a quick tutorial. The best part for me was no bending over a tub or messy water cleanup.”

“This review is for Barbara at this PetSmart location, I wish I had a last name initial. I placed an order on DoorDash for Nutro Dog Food. When I received the order I noticed it had a discount sticker on it due to the product being short dated, unfortunately this discount did not reflect on my DoorDash total. I called the store and Barbara answered and was willing to help immediately, the patience, problem solving skills and amazing customer service will not be forgotten.
