“We recently closed on our new home in Heritage Lake. Our adventure began when we arrived from out of state to search for a new home. Eric was the listing agent and we called him direct without the assistance of a buyer’s agent. We negotiated the home purchase over a few days and made an offer that was accepted. Over several months we waited for the home to be finished by the builder and then traveled back for inspection. Inspection items were completed and we moved in.
This sounds simple but we had a ton of questions as the process played out. Eric is super patient, level headed and fair. He represented his client while trying to meet our requests and requirements.
