unable to speak with anyone, my dealer has sent 4 emails requesting parts info. does not look good.

Don't plan on being able to get a hold of this company for product support. The operator doesn't even answer- just goes to voicemail. They don't answer phone calls or email in a timely manner. Getting parts is a struggle if you can even get a hold of anyone.

Machinery is poorly maintained, constantly breaking down. Machines are poorly designed. Company has been around for over 10 yrs. yet has no proper training manual or procedures. Turnover rate is high with this company as well. Lack of training and high turnover rate ensures plenty of problems with their machinery.
