Cassie was excellent! I have been going to this sports clips for years now. I use to have a regular girl that cut my hair but she left and its been hard finding someone to replace her. Today I found her. Cassie put alot of care and effort into my cut. It didnt feel rushed and she communicated with me throughout the cut making sure I was ok with what she was doing! Thank you Cassie! See you next time!

I HAD been going to this Sport Clips for years. I will NEVER go back. I tried twice in ONE DAY to get my hair cut.
The first time, the stylist wouldn't stop talking while my wait time was stuck on 5 minutes for 25 minutes.
The second time I signed in, selected a stylist (different than earlier, but who was still there and STILL TALKING), but I got shuffled to Next Available with no reason given. Went to Great Clips 8 miles away instead and it was worth the time, gas, and wear and tear on my car for NO HASSLE and someone that was willing to work.

On a Saturday that I knew would be busy I set my spot in line about 1130a with estimated 130p time, kept checking the app status and it kept getting pushed back so I waited until the automated text to go in only to be told that I was 41 minutes over from when I was supposed to be there although I got there 5 minutes after being told to head that way. Can’t wait all day for a haircut.

This is the worst Sports Clips ever! I sat forever - more than 15 minutes longer than estimated - while two of the stylist left; running out the door like they 'would hurry.' Lunch couldn't wait while 7 of us were sitting and waiting? I had to leave without a haircut! I love Sports Clips, but I will never come back to this one!
Stylist: Very non-responsive!

This place is a joke. The whole online check in process vs. walk-in model makes no sense when the stylists are terrible at communicating. The TV in the lobby was blaring loud and 2 elderly gentlemen clearly hard of hearing got belittled by one stylist when she called one of their names because he could not hear her. Angelique was extremely rude when I got up to look at the board for the order of haircuts and had an attitude because she was so busy. The most unwelcoming and rude experience just for a simple haircut. I wouldn't come here if the haircuts were free.

Mollie is awesome she makes sure I'm very happy with my hair cut . And always ask again to makesure my beard is cut even before I leave. Also all the lady's in this shop are very nice keep the great job up.
