Everyone I have encountered during my daughter's time at Goddard has been genuinely caring and kind. The staff goes out of their way to ensure children are comfortable and safe. There isn't a lot of turn-around in staff, and they know all the children by name! I have been so impressed and am so grateful for my daughter's continued opportunities to grow and learn at Goddard.

Goddard has been a safe, nurturing environment for my children. There is very little turnover in teachers, which provides for a reliable and consistent place to learn. Our years at Goddard are coming to an end as my youngest is preparing to start Kindergarten, which she is more than ready for thanks to the incredible teachers and staff at Goddard. I could not recommend this facility more highly.

My two daughters attended Goddard from 2020 to 2022, and overall, our family had a mixed experience that varied significantly depending on the child and the classroom.
Our older daughter, who was in the pre-K program, had a wonderful experience. She is naturally calm, observant, and quiet, and we found that the environment was a great fit for her personality and developmental stage. Her teachers were kind, engaged, and provided a nurturing learning experience that we genuinely appreciated.
Our younger daughter, who was between the ages of 1 and 3 while attending, had a more challenging experience. She is a highly active, engaged child who was also dealing with chronic ear infections due to a congenital condition. Unfortunately, not all of her teachers were equipped to meet her needs. We had concerns in two of the three classrooms she was placed in.
The most serious concern occurred when I arrived early for pick-up one day and witnessed a long-tenured teacher handling my daughter physically in a way I found completely unacceptable. I immediately reported the incident to both the assistant director and the director, who took action and moved her to a different classroom. While I appreciated their responsiveness, the experience was distressing and significantly impacted our trust.
In the subsequent classroom, my daughter continued to struggle, and I believe part of this was due to a mismatch between her energy level and the teacher’s capacity, particularly as the teacher had limited mobility. It felt, at times, like some teachers were not fully engaged or willing to adapt to a more active child who did not have any developmental concerns or diagnoses, just a different temperament than her older sister.
The final classroom she was in made a huge difference. She had two incredibly hands-on, attentive teachers who truly connected with her, and she absolutely thrived. I only wish that had been our experience from the beginning.
In summary, Goddard offers some strong programs and caring educators, but consistency in staff quality and responsiveness to different children’s needs varied greatly in our experience. If your child is more laid-back, they may do well here. But if your child is more active or high-energy, I would recommend checking in frequently and being an advocate to ensure their needs are being fully met.

We feel like The Goddard School of Brownsburg does a really good job in lots of different areas: cleanliness, communication, using time well to educate and train the students when possible, friendliness of staff. We are happy to be a part of the community.

We’ve only been there about a month but our experience here has been amazing. Our kiddo has learned a ton and is much more ready for kindergarten. We’ve used other daycares and preschools in Brownsburg and this has by far been our best experience.

The staff at Goddard School of Brownsburg is amazing! My 3 year old daughter started having seizures in July and it has been a new learning journey for all of us! The Owner and Director created instructional documents and held training sessions with every teacher that may care for her at any time. They also keep me updated with her daily behavior so that I know if I need to call her providers, to see if its caused from her new medicines. We are in constant communication and that helps put my heart and mind at ease, knowing that she's in loving, caring hands every day! I couldn't have picked a better place to send my baby girl!

Our kids go here currently and the staff is great. The kids get to socialize in classrooms with their own age groups and have made lots of friends. They also practice writing and letters, measuring, and other life skills. I like how responsive they are with helping my daughter potty train. It's expensive but totally worth it.

My family and I recently joined the Goddard family.. and we were so excited to do so! We heard amazing things about Goddard and their topnotch education for little ones in helping them grow and prep for kindergarten. My children adjusted to the change well and the staff seem friendly. When we did our initial interview with Goddard, as we explored many facilities in the area, we asked them all sorts of questions ranging from imaginative play opportunities, out door activists, and specific developmental learning. We also stressed how important nutrition was, and asked about their menu. We were ensured it is approved by the state nutritionist, that it is a well rounded lunch and snacks consisting of a fruit and grain. To say I was disappointed after we started is an understatement. The lunch is more processed than I'd like, but to be expected I guess. However their snack time is unacceptable. The "grains" have consisted of vanilla wafers, animal crackers, ritz crackers etc.. and the fruit is substituted with "100% fruit juice concentrate." I strongly believe that healthy meals and snacks help foster growth and development and give our children the energy they need to sustain them throughout the day. Not to mention it lays a healthy foundation for their eating habits in the future. Juice is widely known to cause things such as child hood obesity, cavities, GI problems, behavioral problems and so many other issues. Goddard provides them with more than the daily recommended amount (that is still cautioned) by the AAP. It's sad that in order to get a good education for your children you are forced to sacrifice their health. I was able to get a doctors note excusing them from the juice, and now have daily conversations with my 4yr old to try and help her not feel singled out, excluded and punished because her friends get juice and she doesn't.A few other small points. This place is $$$! You sure pay for an education.. and it has to be cash or check. Which seems fishy. The facility is old and the equipment (especially outdoor) is outdated. With paying premium price I would anticipate a little bit more of an updated facility. Like I said, we are new to this family. I will update my review in the future if it changes.

We had a wonderful experience with the Brownsburg Goddard School. Both of our girls went through the entire program from babies until they graduated to Kindergarten. The staff and teachers were the best and were like family to us. On a daily basis, the teachers would send us pictures of the girls and whatever activity they were working on that day and those really helped to capture some cherished memories.

I can't say enough great things about this school! I am an educator, and I looked around at many schools before I decided to send my daughter to Goddard. My daughter LOVES going here. The teachers are loving and supportive. The environment is clean and safe. My daughter is very well prepared for Kindergarten this fall and this is because of the strong PreK curriculum offered at Goddard. I have always felt that I could communicate any concerns I have about my child. I love that I receive daily communication about my child's day electronically as well as pictures of different activities that take place in the classroom. I will truly miss our Goddard family!

Our children went to The Goddard School in Brownsburg from its opening day in May 2007 until July 2013 when our youngest started Kindergarten. Goddard prepared our children well with a foundation of skills necessary for their next academic step. The teachers exemplified the qualities we were looking for in a preschool - caring, nurturing, patient. And above all, they had the teaching degrees and credentials which gave us peace of mind that our children were being taught by qualified people. Goddard became our family and we are forever grateful to them.
