I reserved a storage unit on-line 3 weeks in advance. The day that I had movers coming I called to confirm what exactly I needed to do once the movers and I arrived to put our things in storage. I was advised that they had rented the storage unit earlier that day. I stated that I received a confirmation number when I placed the order and was already debited for the unit only to be told that I should have came in to rent the unit instead of reserving it on-line then was told by the lady that she would be my worst enemy and that she was going to hang up on me since I questioned why they rented a unit that I had already reserved. Believe me, at that point she was my worst enemy! This was the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience that I have ever had with an outfit. I was refunded after 3 days and had to scamper to find another storage unit. Moving is never fun and this only added to the stress for the day.

I appreciate the friendliness of the owners and manager. There is a manager available 7 days/week, if she is needed! I like the gate and the overall safety of the property too. Finally, I feel that their rates are competitive, if not better than other facilities in the area. Definite 2 thumbs up!

This is a very clean and well-maintained facility. The management has been an absolute pleasure to work with! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to worry about their stuff staying safe.

I've had a 10x20 unit since October of 2016. Every month my rent was charged to my credit card. Rent was $125 a month. I called on April 28 of this year that I would not renew my month to month lease. The response from Top Shelf was "ok, thank you for using us, and if you need storage in the future, please give us a call". Well, on May 4 I was charged $125. After a cl, we were ensured that we would be refunded. After a week of no refund, another call was made. Again, we were told that the refund was made, " they can't control the credit card company." Finally, on May 14th, a credit was made. Except it was for only $83.75, not the $125 that was taken out on May 4th. My wife then calls, and is told that " your rent was only $100 a month. And, you didn't give us notice until after the first of the month." All of which is incorrect, as stated earlier. Now, as of June 13, we have still not been refunded the remaining balance of what is owed ($41.75). My wife has even gone into the office, and she was assured that we would be refunded our money. Have not seen it. I await a reply from Top Shelf, just as I await my refund.
