0/5 stars. Worst ownership of a franchise around. Has proven on more than one occasion to be incompetent and provide incredibly poor direction, wasting money and hours of my time. I recommend going anywhere else!

Sent an overnight check only to still be waiting on a call back from anyone a full week later.
DO NOT USE UPS FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT.
Use FedEx instead. They are incompetent and very rude here. Promised a call back by 4 different people, still no call no package.
Use either USPS or FedEx, never UPS.

Avoid this store. The owner has gone bare bones. Not investing. Machines don’t work. No self service printing. Can’t print online and pick up in store. Printing machines don’t work. I waited 20 minutes just to get 10 color copies made because of his outdated equipment. Great workers though. AVOID!!! Office Depot fantastic alternative and cheaper too!

I went in here to pack and ship a pair of headphones and some wrist wraps to send to my friend in texas since he left them here in a recent visit. After I went in they told me that they would have to pakage it extra as a delicate item and as such would be charging me extra to do so. In the end it cost me $50 to ship this back on the cheepest shipping standard. This friend who happens to to work at a local UPS store told me that in no way was the packing worth what I paid and he even said that it seemed that they did not even do they extra packing they up charged me for. I am never going back to this store to get my items packaged and shipped.

literally walked into this UPS store and immediately felt like i was in a backrooms level designed by a fax machine with depression. the vibes? rancid. the energy? cursed.
i asked the employee for help with shipping a package and they looked at me like i just hit the griddy at a funeral. bro was moving at the speed of plot exposition in a 2003 JRPG. like hello??? why does it take you 12 business days to find a box 😭
every time i asked a question they hit me with that ✨ customer service coma ✨ — eyes glazed, soul gone, responses generated by ChatGPT-2.
also, why does everything in there cost $14.99. i blinked near a roll of tape and got charged for emotional damage.
bro forgot to put the label on my package and then gaslit me into thinking i didn’t ask for one. i am being NPC quest-denied in real life.
overall: negative 5 out of 10. would rather fight the USPS mailbox transformer boss than ever step foot in this liminal corporate voidscape again.
send help. and my package. preferably before the heat death of the universe.
