I talked with Richard Bicknell about a dream build the wife and I wanted to do on my property. I went through months of back and forth with my then mortgage company to split off 3.6 acers for the new build and when they finally got back with me they needed so many items and paperwork in such a short amount of time it was impossible to achieve. Richard not only help me refinance my existing mortgage. He was able to help me work through the new construction loan and now we are almost done with the build. He is a good man.

The ladies at this branch actually care about their customers. They are friendly and kind. A very knowledgeable staff and they walk you through everything step by step. I highly recommend this bank.

Tried to call to sort out a payment issue with a client and they had all left early for the day. My client is now out around $50k because of their inability to access their funds in a timely manner. Bank with professionals instead.

I ordered new checks and they added a name under mine that has never been on my checks before and now I'm getting charged twice because they consider that not a mistake just doesn't make sense to me after all never said anything about anyone else's name being on my checks.. not happy.
