I frequently stop at pilot, Went to Subway.. was hungry!
Got a sandwich to go.
The bread was stale... seriously. My sandwich was badddd
The service was awful,
It wasn't even busy.
I'm definitely skipping Subway , otherwise the pilot is a great clean place for a pit stop.

One of the reasons I stop here is because of the clean restrooms. Another is the on-site McDonald's. The gas is fairly priced, and the station is a good time away from the highway. There is a truck stop, and plenty of diesel. People also fill their boats here! This is totally a good place to stop if you are traveling through the area via I94.

$25 for a shower and the lady at the register was very smug, unhelpful, and rude.

I waited over 30 minutes just to return merchandise. When the manager finally arrived, she made me stay at the counter while she continued helping other customers instead of resolving my issue. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

0430 on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend and there is no fresh food to get for breakfast. There are some old pre-made subway subs but nothing is dated and they have soggy buns because they have the lettuce and tomatoes on them from what looks like the day before at least. Depressing.
