I was just diagnosed with leukemia and lymphoma b cell. Im have a lot of pain in my back and joints. My oncologist wrote me a prescription for a pain killer. CVS BUTLER WOULD NOT FILL IT. This was on a Friday. They said they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't until the following Tues. So I waited until Tuesday. On Tuesday they said they won't fill it. Now I've been in bed in pain for all those days. Shame on you!

I needed to get a Rx filled. I really like to keep my money in my community. After my Ortho appt. I looked up the hours for my town of Butler, IN said they close at 8 pm . So I get there a little after 6pm to my dissapointment the Rx wAs already closed. They close at 6pm. So now I can't get my meds untill the next day after I get off of work. Alot of people work till 5 or after so it's kind of difficult to get to the cvs before the Rx closes. Just saying....

How do you own a drug store that is never open how are ppl supposed to get there life saving medicine if there is constantly a note on the door stating they aren't open

Don't waste your time. Very rude pharmacist can't seem to take any kind of insurance. They need to be shut down cause they are not actually helping anyone.

Have had many issues at this location but the most recent was today involving picking up prescriptions with my husband. (Who has made a complaint before and then was emailed and harassed by the manager over it) Cashier with orange bangs asked immediately if we needed help looking for things. We said no, we are here for the pharmacy. We laughed about this because normally you don't even get greeted here if there is an employee around. Waited a handful of minutes before the pharmacy tech showed up, she was lovely and helpful though. Had to talk to the pharmacist about a prescription but the telecall was also having issues. So I decided to walk around while I waited. The cashier with orange bangs was peeking on me at every isle I turned down, when I walked to the beauty section she came directly up to me asking if I needed help again. She clearly thought I was a thief and was treating me like I needed to be followed around the store and watched which I obviously don't appreciate. Would rather drive 30 minutes to another location than give this place our business again.

Just such a hassle everytime, always problems. And I do not want contacted bothering me and nitpicking my review from the manager again. Reducing to 1 star after harassment.

The new CVS automated answering system is awful.You cant just call up and ask to speak to a HUMAN this is most annoying I think the Mgmt at CVS needs to try thier own system its a joke! Other than that the store would be a higher star rating.

Very nice employees. The pharmacy and pharmacy staff are informative and always kind. The store’s presentation is always neat and clean. I also visit the Hallmark section and am thankful for it.

Yes here at Butler Indiana store there’s a pharmacist that is rude an complain about other employees in front of customer I’m really tired of her attitude towards customer she doesn’t smile she threatened to refuse to sell me my medication if I wasn’t nice to her but I have been till today with her bad attitude if this keeps up there we will be moving our medication back to WalmartJacob Baird

CVS is always a very clean store. I'm amazed at the variety of items that you can buy here. From film processing and products to electric mixers to pet foods. It's nice to have a pharmacy in our small town also. Very nice store. Staff is great.

I absolutely LOVE this CVS location! The pharmacy staff are very helpful and welcoming! I especially love when I walk in and I am greeted by my name! I have NEVER been recognized by a business ever! Way to go Butler CVS, keep up the great work!

Very friendly staff! The wait can be long but it's worth it
