I was looking for a mid-century desk for my remote NE Indiana law office, and saw the listing for Decker Services on the Facebook Marketplace. We spoke on the phone and made an appointment to see their inventory. We drove over to their massive warehouse in Butler, IN, and Shannon Decker met us and showed us ROOMS full of office furniture. They have HUNDREDS of interesting desks and other office furniture, a lot of it being Steelcase desks in PRIMO condition. Shannon and Charles Decker helped us sort through available inventory (and these desks are NOT easy to move around!!) and gave us an excellent price on a desk. They even helped us load the desk into my pickup truck.
The desk cleaned up beautifully, and I am very happy with our experience. We HIGHLY recommend Decker Services for their amazing inventory and STELLAR customer service.
UPDATE - (a sixth star) - I was trying to find some period Steelcase side chairs to go with the desk, and sent Charles Decker (the Decker Services CEO) an email asking if he had anything in stock that might go with my desk. He responded right away, and said that it might take him a couple of days to search his warehouse, but he might have some chairs. Two days later, I received an email with photos of two MATCHING Steelcase chairs from Charles. They looked great, and the price was definitely right, and they now adorn my mid-century remote law office! Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE, Decker Services LLC!

I used Charles Decker of Decker Services to pick up, package, and ship a number of fragile antique ceramics won at a nearby auction house. He offered an excellent value, each of the items were well packaged and protected, and he provided outstanding communication and follow-thru. I also had to deal with a snafu related to two of the items (issues not of his making), and he invested his personal time and attention to resolve the problem on my behalf. Couldn't be happier with his service.

I bought an expensive and fragile item from a nearby auction, and received incredible service from this company. Charles Decker, the president of the company, was absolutely amazing with communication. The prices were reasonable, and I felt comfortable with him shortly after contacting him. A true gentleman who represents his company well. I highly recommend Decker for your shipping needs.

Bought a $40 item from a Craig's List ad. I was surprised at the quality of service from the owner, Charles. He went above and beyond to help facilitate the shipping via a uShip contract that I placed. For a $40 item, I was amazed at the time he invested to arrange for a weekend pickup by the freight hauler plus all the follow-ups when the hauler stalled on the pickup date. A+++ for Charles!
