Decent place to take your car to, quick to get the work done. Just make sure to double check the lights when you get your car back, twice they had my rear signal and brake lights reversed.

Great customer service! I had some damage to my car, my insurance company called them and got me set up. The people at Estes have the customer service part knocked out of the park. They've called while my car is in the shop to tell me what's going on and estimated timelines and making sure I didn't have any questions. And I did have lots of questions and everyone was so patient and helpful. I am very happy with the service I've been receiving and can't wait to get my car back. Another awesome feature is that they're connected to enterprise so I just dropped of my car and walked next door for a rental. It's a great setup, everyone is so nice and like I said that good customer service is hard to find. Highly recommend for repairs you may need on your car!

I have to say this is the best auto body shop in town! After wrecking my car(not my fault) I called to see if they could work on my car, the owner got the car in and contacted me every step of the way. It had to go to les Schwab and to Subaru for work and kept me informed the whole time. When I got my car back it was like a new car. I would refer them to everyone I know. They were very professional. If I could give 10 star I would! Thank you Northwest Autobody!

Terrible service!!!! I'll never take any car i own back here!! Had my truck a month, then had to take it back for market markings they left on the right side of my truck and the damage was on the left side!! Left my emblem off my truck and the new bumper was chipped and cracked!! Place doesn't deserve ratings!!

PLEASE BE AWARE: any existing Yelp reviews for Bill Estes Collision Center that were written BEFORE 2019 were actually written for "Butler Auto Collision Center". Bill Estes acquired Butler in 2019, and Yelp hasn't removed the old reviews that are no longer relevant or reflective of the quality of their service.Original Review:I rarely write reviews. When I do, it's because the service that I received was truly outstanding. A few weeks ago, I brought my Mazda3 and my wife's RAV4 in to Bill Estes Collision Center for hail damage repairs. Bottom line - both vehicles were professionally repaired with impressive attention to detail, finished in less time than expected, and thoroughly cleaned inside. However, it's the little things that make a customer service experience genuinely memorable. For example, when our technician noticed that my car's license plate screws didn't fit correctly (my plate rattled when I closed the trunk lid), he grabbed a couple extra plate screws without being asked and took time out of his day to secure my plate so it didn't rattle. This was AFTER the repairs were finished and the bill was paid. While the repairs were being done, the technician responded to every email I wrote in less than an hour. Every question that I asked was met with helpful, detailed, professional advice that went above & beyond a standard answer. Every single employee that my wife and I talked to was friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth - the kind of people you'd want for next-door neighbors.I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Estes Collision Center - even if they're not on your insurance company's list of "auto repair partners". It's hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers as much as Bill Estes does.

I have used this business a few times over the years. Each time has been a pleasure. I Hate having to get car body work done but these professionals make it alittle bit okay. Not only did they fix the damage, work seemlessly with my insurance & car rental company, made my car look new again they detailed the inside. A clean! car in January... what? Thanks Northwest Autobody for taking great care of me/my car everytime.

I got rear ended and this company was listed as a shop I could use through State Farm. Plus I have a new Toyota car, so I thought it would be the best option. The ladies that work at the front desk are kind of rude and look like they hate their job. It was insane trying to make an appointment. In hindsight, should of looked elsewhere.I will echo what others said earlier, expect to get your car back way later the estimated date.

Overall my OPINION of them I would have to say is more on the NEGATIVE SIDE than on the positive side. Took my vehicle there right after being struck by another driver and once it was all done and said... even though I told them about the alignment being knocked out and needing to be reset, I still ended up having to take it back and press the issue as they did not listen to me nor did they address that issue and when confronted they tried to play it off as if I didn't know what it was that I myself was speaking about but with many years of professional driving I know when a vehicles alignment is out as you can not only feel it but it will also drift when you release the steering wheel on a flat surface. However, what really caught my eye and really made me start to question them... not only ethically but also in that of a professional capacity as well was when I went through and began reading and reviewing the final billing statement copy they had given me and I discovered that they could not even be bothered to examine and list my vehicle and or its features correctly. For example, they put down and listed my vehicle as having cloth seats when in fact it actually has leather seats. They also put down the driver's seat as adjustable but didn't list the front passenger seat as the same, for which it is an adjustable electric seat. Overall the workmanship is not to bad but when you look closely you can tell that they did in fact rush it and I'm sorry but when I spend the kind of money I did for my vehicle I expect it to be cared for by others and I expect them to treat it the way in which they would like others to handle theirs!

They did a great job twice on my 2012 Toyota Camry after my teen daughter damaged it while parking. The car looks great; they kept me updated by phone every day and were prompt and courteous throughout. Dealing with insurance was a breeze because they are a recommended provider. I would highly recommend this efficient and professional collision repair service and would definitely use them again.

The absolute worst body shop I have ever been to. They lied 6 times about the deadline the repair would be done and when I went to pick up the car, there were multiple scratches left and after driving it off the lot I realized that during repairs they knocked out my rear tail light. I wouldn't go back to this shop if someone put a gun to my head - do yourself a favor and please go elsewhere!

I get my 2014.5 Camry (see my Arlington Toyota, Palestine, IL review- I got my car! but NOT from Arlington) serviced at the Butler service center-which I LOVE, so of course their repair center would be just as great right? I will never know as I didn't get past setting an appointment with Trish. What a disappointment. Someone hit my car door so I decided to get a quote. Easy right? Not through Trish! I called Butler repair department 7/5/18 for an appointment and was scheduled 7/7/18 at 9:30. I called Saturday morning to let them know I was running late but would be there, but I was told (by someone who I am sure was Trish) I didn't have an appointment. I said what? I told her she set my appointment 2 days ago; she told me there wasn't an appointment for me. I asked if they had any openings that day and was told no. I called today, 7/13/18, to schedule another Saturday appointment. Guess who answered the phone? Trish. I ask to schedule a Saturday appointment; she told me they didn't have anything for this Saturday, but I can get an appointment on 7/21/18 at 9:30. I told her I will take that and thanked her; she asked what did I say, so I repeated myself. She hangs up. What? I call back and Christie answers the phone. I told Christie what happened and she laughed and said "she's probably busy up there", I ask if I can speak with Trish but was told no and asked if she could help me. As I start to make an appointment I tell her no thanks and hang up. I called Toyota customer service to ask them to contact the location so I can speak with a manager (I'm not typically that type, but I was pissed). The manager, Ken, called me back while I was still talking to TCS. I told Ken what happened, and he was apologetic, and offered to squeeze me in tomorrow but I passed as I am not gonna do business with a location that employs the Trish and Christie types. Ken also told me my appointment for last Saturday the 7th, shows a no-show. Go figure. Attached are screenshots of my call logs. Who would wake up early on a Saturday morning if they didn't have an appointment somewhere?
