Super kind and helpful. She made a case and sent it over to the North Vernon office. Brian called me saying he received the notice and was going to look in to it. Then called me again to give me an update and informed he talked directly to my mail carrier, and informed me of other steps to get this resolved.Those offices were so great to talk to. I felt like they not only heard me, they made sure to check up with me and keep in contact. What amazing customer service. I wish every company had customer service like this!Thank you!”
