The East Central Indiana Regional Partnership contracted with Stratavize Consulting to develop a regional talent attraction initiative. The 12 month + planning process and final results were successful due to Lauralee's ability to bring together a diverse group of individuals to collaborate for the good of the 10 county region. Her incredible ability to organize, lead and facilitate monthly meetings was conducive to achieve the outcome of a region-wide effort - Forge Your Path - to attract talent and increase pride within the east central Indiana region.
