Applied for a refi loan after their website showed really good rates with low fees. After I questioned why I didn't qualify for the rate shown online, the response was "I honestly don't know what those rates are, but they are not ours and you will have to pay a lot more to get that rate"! Rule number 1 for a loan officer - know what you're own bank is offering. Got the same rate at Quicken with lower closing costs.

The customer service is atrocious, the interest rates are too... They're the worst at both. I'm suprised they're still in business, probably feeding off people who simple store money, clearly not from anyone who knows what an instrument of investment can yeild. Do not, under any circumstances trust them with your money. Keep it in your mattress at least then you know it's safer. I can't wait until they're shut down, it won't be much longer. I can promise that....

I love Wayne Bank. My only complaint is the excessive slooooo drive thru. You have a computer at the window but not enough tellers to cover. Even when you aren’t busy the tellers have to walk back to their window and back again to complete transaction. Ridiculous!

Wow, i can't express my gratitude and thanks enough. I'm an early retiree, i had to go on disability in 2014 at the age of 50. After dealing with my own bank West End bank dor several years they didn't seem to involved to help me. As soon as one program didnt work it was like they just stopped trying. But CAROL SIMS from Wayne bank Cambridge City, In. never gave up. She got me a loan for my own home. A very dedicated lady who worked on my loan even after banking hours. I can't thank her enough. I have now switched my accounts to Wayne Bank as well. Sorry West End Bank Richmond, In (not) but i signed up with "the Winning Team"
