Good morning, first of all, I am not one to give my opinion on social networks, I don't like it, but I would like to let the owners and those who run that gym know that what they did with me because I went to get a membership for the gym is a total lack of respect. gym and they gave it to me only that the girl who assisted me in Spanish did not speak honestly to me and since I am Cuban and I do not speak much English who knows what convincing lies they told me but that they were not sincere to me they were not now I have to pay 25 dollars MANDATORY every day 15 days for a year until October when I decided not to go to the gym anymore, like in all gyms, I went to hand over the key to enter the gym and cancel my membership so that they would not deduct any more money from my card because the man who He attended to me and told me thatMembership could not be canceled because I had made that contract for one year and I had to continue paying it and I responded to him and spoke with the girl who speaks Spanish that I was never told that I had to pay that membership whether it was or not Mandatory going to the gym for a year, conclusions, it is a lack of respect for the client to not speak clearly to them and I have witnesses who went with me and that was never told to me. The truth is, it is outrageous. I lived in Florida for a long time and I was in several gyms. And when I didn't want to go anymore, I closed my membership and the opposite here, not even that this gym was first generation and luxurious, daring, I'm sorry for my comment but the situation warrants it.

They raised my monthly rate from $25 to $40 without notice and they apparently have a 30 day notice for cancellations so they will charge me again for the following month when I won’t even be using their gym. Take your business anywhere else!

Horrible horrible customer service. My family has been calling since November of 2021 about a contract that ended in February of 2022 had to leave country for work orders and they have been charging me every month and they don’t want to help me it is now October of 2023 it is a scam and they just want your money and telling us how we never cancelled yet the lady we spoke to before general area manager she recalled the previous times we tried to cancel. They will do anything to not validate your cancelation don’t waste your money or time. We didn’t have this issue with another location to cancel only this one. Catch up with the current times have you ever heard of docusign?!

There is a lot of damaged or broken equipment, including the glass mirror on one side. Equipment stays in disarray for months with tears or missing parts. One of the busier Anytime’s I have been too. Equipment is older. Tanning beds are the same ones from 8 years ago I believe and are discolored and stained. Atmosphere is ok, a younger crowd compared to the other Anytime’s I have been to during the day. More free weights than some other Anytime’s.

Gym is terrible! They let anyone walk in with membership or not. They do not enforce people to clean machines after use. Staff is rude and judges you if you don't hire them. Bugs, stains, and rude members and employees. Go to any other one but the one in Camby.

I love this gym! Very convenient and right around the corner from where I live! I love the staff, they are always so friendly and the gym is always clean and always open. Its a win!

Went into inquire about pricing for membership and personal training in thr Camby location. The front desk clerk did not know about pricing and the trainer was brought over to me and was incredibly rude - I still never got a straight answer. I have never experienced anything quite like that in my entire life. Don't waste your money or time (at this location at least). Check other local, small gyms in the area.

READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY!!! As my wife and I are trying to save for a house and would rather save the $150 monthly and go to a cheaper gym, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL. Terrible scheme to get in. Also with the fees they hit you with, the bathrooms are hardly ever cleaned and out of order most of the time. Do not sign up unless you are willing to pay $800 per person for a 12 month gym membership.

I moved from Camby to Lafayette and we don’t have an anytime fitness here in Lafayette, so I emailed the Camby location to cancel my membership per contract and they wanted proof I moved. Well I moved in with a buddy so I’m not on a lease or anything they won’t cancel my contract. I’ve paid over $100 on a gym I can no longer use. Beware of anytime fitness

Pretty standard gym. Only issue is one of the three bathrooms doesn't lock properly.
