The longer time goes on, it feels like the less they have to offer. I stop by from time to time to see if anything peaks my interest, but the prices are always a joke for used games being just a couple dollars cheaper than a brand new game of the same name. But it's always been like that, so I don't know what else I'd expect.

Its gamestop, you can buy the newest games, but nothing else. If you want anything before the current gen, look elsewhere.

Door has a “be back in 45 minutes” sign on it but there are two employees standing behind the counter. I live 40 minutes away. Nah.

BUYER BEWARE, I recently purchased a PS5 with God of War Ragnarök and I was told that with that bundle that I HAD to purchase the warranty. This warranty was an additional 55 dollars and I was not interested. I did end up purchasing this but I left feeling scammed. Every other establishment that offers warranties of this kind is always optional. It was a 1 year warranty for 55 dollars. Did not seem like a great deal to me. So I went ahead and called a few other Gamestop stores around our area and was told that the warranty WAS optional. They had me come in and have the warranty refunded. I am not sure if this employee wanted to boost warranty sales numbers or if this is a store policy but it is definitely not how you sell warranties. Both employees that were in at the time both said that I had to buy the warranty. Do not let them force a warranty on you.

Ordered online to make things easier on my way home just pick up my merchandise and go , well the door has a be back in 30 sign on it , 45 mins ive waited here and still waiting, 8 different cars have pulled up and left and no one will answer the phone , and the staff is just standing there . 2 behind the counter and 1 in the isle. As I write this 2 more people showed up and can't get in

This is the best gamestop I've ever shopped with. I'm so thankful for the staff there, especially Zach who saved me money on an Xbox gift card with the membership!
