Scalped and buzzed my 14 year old brother’s head three days before his picture day. Don’t know her name, but she is black and was shaving it like black people do their hair. Absolutely unacceptable. I understand everyone does hair differently, and it’s different specifically for people with different hair types, but for her to assume he wanted a fadd buzz was beyond me, and it was much more than a fade.

I brought my family member in for a cut and have the best experience all around. The warm welcome by our stylist, Ashley I believe, set the whole vibe off right from the beginning. She took her time to understand what was wanted, held great and respectable conversation, and you can just tell she enjoys doing what she does. This makes a huge difference. I’ve referred multiple clients to her that will be coming in the near future! Next time we come in I can’t wait to let her know I shared our experience about her on this platform!

Ashley totally messed my hair up, she rush through it in 10 minutes for a fade so she shaved my side so that it would be easier to fade. I wanted to keep my sides about at least a half in long ,a grown man’s fade. I screwed up going to one of these please my friends say

Received the most bizarre haircut today from what I thought was someone in drugs. She chopped at my hair aggressively after asking what I wanted and not really listening at all…. Continued to chop, brush aggressive, talk mile a minute, and thin my hair out like a mad woman before I could get a word in. The stylist next to her station watched and made eye contact with me multiple times while making comments like - you do your layers different than I do and at one point making huge eye contact with me and laughing hysterically. I’ve been to Great Clips for years with mostly good haircuts, but this one today has me rethinking my decisions in the future.

I'd go zero stars if possible. The service is severely lacking. They don't seem to care what you ask for or what is on that little slip of paper. If you ask to correct something they rush faster and push you out of the chair, even when they aren't busy. You'd probably have better luck elsewhere or maybe having a 5 year old cut your hair. It would probably come out better.

I have been going to this location for years. What I am seeing is that the stylist turnover is getting worse. The quality of the hair is not on the same level as before. The prices are getting too high. I am trying to be patient but if it doesn't change I will begin my search for somewhere else to go.
