“This Menards is so well run. The store is always well stocked and clean, and the employees are helpful and friendly. I was in this evening around 7PM and Kenny the store manager was in the bathroom giving it a light cleaning. Amazing! I've talked to him before and he's always super helpful and pleasant to do business with.”

“Today it was terrific! I was looking for an item I thought might be back by kitchen stuff and it wasn't. But, Mike was kind enough to walk me across the entire store to show me where my item was located. Then he asked me what else I needed and I said shelf paper. He laughed and walked me back where we started. We visited along the way and he was just so pleasant. The store was clean and well stocked. But, Mike made my day. Actually, unlike the last time I was there, all of the staff were very pleasant.”
“We came in for Milwaukee tools but couldn’t find them. We ran into Kevin and asked him. He told us they didn’t sell them at their store but told us who does and even looked it up to make sure he was correct. He was very friendly and let us know that Dewalt in his opinion was right up there with Milwaukee. We’re set on Milwaukee so we decided to go to Ace because he said whenever Lowe’s doesn’t have something, he goes to Ace and they’re always knowledgeable of their products. Kevin needs a raise!! His name tag said 3 year service star award, a sales associate, and Tool World!”
