I came to this location to upgrade two phones and was treated like an inconvenience the moment I walked in. The associates working did not seem interested in anything above the bare minimum. Maybe an off day, but based on the reviews from the last two-three months it seems to be a trend.

I stopped in today with a couple tough questions concerning my new phone from a few weeks back. To my surprise some very good teamwork seems to be going on there to help people like me, THEY CARE. in particular Connor and Emma are super!!! Both did help me. I so recommend anyone be so lucky to get help from either one of them. THANKS.

This is the worst store every unhelpfulall of their team members are rude. a bunch of teenagers Who has no idea what they’re doing you have to greet them first they won’t even acknowledge you. They look at you all crazy when you’re a black or of a different ethnicity they are terrible. The manager whatever his name is got in my face and started screaming at me because I’m trying to get my phone unlock that I’ve pay paid off they won’t unlock my phone. They keep giving me the runaround. Every day is a different story These people are rude and unprofessional. I will never ever deal with T-Mobile again me and my whole family are getting off T-Mobile because of this incident. You guys are completely horrible.

Went to the store today to do a return however the gentlemen told my husband he could not do the return that the account holder had to call and do the return over the phone. I know for a fact that they can do the return in store by calling with you. I went in and told him that I wanted to do the return and that I am the account holder. I explained that I know they can do it in store as my ex has worked for T-Mobile retail store before. He said they couldn’t do that. That I would need to contact T-Mobile customer support first before they would even take it. I said I already tried to contact them using their messaging system and it said they were busy for it. He responded with “Well where to busy to do the return to” there were two associates and only one other customer the other associate was helping. He never once offered to call customer support with me. My husband went in to get the man’s name and he told my husband his name was Austin and that he didn’t have to give my husband his last name. So I left and called myself and got ahold of a wonderful customer support person who helped me out tremendously and informed me that the store could have called with me to do the return which I told him that I knew that as again my ex worked for T-Mobile retail before so I know the policy for both main store and retail as he had worked for both before. I did file a complaint to which corporate asked for a last name but again Austin had refused to give it. I am appalled at the customer service the guy gave us unprofessional and rude as all heck. I have worked in retail and I know that it’s not easy but to give incorrect information and be a jerk about it is just aweful.We did go back and did do the return with Konnor who was absolutely wonderful with his customer care and service. That’s why I added another star was because he actually took the time was pleasant. Thank you Konnor for excellent customer service while Austin kept making comments in the background which we recorded.

Several times they have sent me emails saying that I owe a bill upon paying it I find out the bill was already paid through AutoPay this has happened multiple times They always credit the next month but I'm not trying to pay too much at a time They are literally stealing your money and making it inconvenient for you to get it back That's a tactic used by scammers and thieves! Do not go with T-Mobile You will be highly disappointed trust me.

Cuz literally the worst mobile network company on the planet They lie and steal double payments. This is one going on for 2 years They can't seem to get it right this is my last month with T-Mobile I will never use them again everybody I've talked to says they are the worst and that they do steal your money!

I visited today hoping to upgrade my phone. The employee at this store said I was not allowed to buy my phone in-full and I had to sign up for a monthly payment plan. He said the store wouldn’t make any money from selling me the phone, so he recommended I go to a Best Buy to purchase the phone instead. The Best Buy was unable to help and they recommend I go to a different T Mobile Store. I called T Mobile customer service and they told me the same thing. They were angry and confused why this store didn’t let me buy a new phone. I went to a different T mobile store that let me buy the phone in full and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes.This store was also very run down and dirty. Most of the display phones we tried weren’t even setup. Go to a different T Mobile!

Coverage is much better than I had with previous carrier. Would have given 5 stars but there is still a problem with program as sold to me and what I'm being billed for on the galaxy 5 watch. "Appears" to be issues between local retail store and customer service.

I was having issues with my phone and didn't have much time to figure it out due to always needing to be available by phone for work. Brummett had it figured out in no time. Least amount of time I've ever had to spend on an issue. Everyone was really nice too.

Bryce at the Camby location was very helpful. I came in and had a questions about my bill, and saw that I was being wrongfully charged. He was able to take care of me and provide excellent customer service. He quickly deescalated the problem, and provided with exceptional service. I really appreciate his help! -Rachida

I have been a TMoble customer since 2015 and can say I have never had a problem until I walked into the Camby, IN store. Management and staff are very rude. Was told that the phone comes with the 3 accessories, case, wall adapter and cord. I made sure to stress if those are a separate charge i do not want them. I was assured by 2 sales associates that it was included with the phone. I never heard bundle. Guess what, they lied and it is 8.00 more a month for 12 months. I am paying for something i specifically stated i did not want . Of course when i went in it had been a few days over 30 days so no refund. The staff is standing in there playing games. No where for anyone to sit forces us to stay in our car when it was 32 degrees out when i got the phone. The management is a joke, he is the leader of the rude crew. Do not do buisness with this store go to Avon and ask for Maggie, she is the best.
