Hit something on the highway which ruined the tire and the wheel. Dealership had over torqued the lug nuts which led to broken studs. Called insurance and got a flat bed tow to Tire Barn. They were already closed but allowed us to stay inside as it was cold and rainy until our ride arrived. They replaced the stubs the next day and had us on our way. Great customer service. Thank you

Walked in and received great service. I was concerned that I had a bad tire and being a female who is very educated on technical issues on vehicles I am normally informed about services that are not necessary or related when taking my car into places for issues, however I was very impressed by the service and being told I didn't have an issue with my tire but he would seal it for me. This made me feel a lot better and for this I will return. Thank you

Very conscientious of my time. If I stop in to have something done, they will tell me if it’s a long way or not and what’s a good time to come back.

I took my truck in to get tires balanced and an alignment. I told the tech that there was play or as they call it slop in the steering and the truck pulled to the right. I noticed that after the service was performed the truck didn't pull to the right as much, but still had quite a bit of play in the steering. I rescheduled another appointment to have them look at it again. They realigned the tires and told me that the truck will have play to avoid you tipping over a trailer. That is the first time I have ever heard that one. Now the truck is pulling even worse than before to the right. I will never go back there, and never recommend this place to anyone.

I went in at 545 pm after going to jiffy lube who said they could not plug it. Then went to Big O tires and it was too close to closing he had 3 employees doing nothing. I went to tire barn and asked if they could fix my tire. I was waiting and enjoyed a conversation with I believe was the. Service writer. The employee took my tire off the wheel and patched the way it was supposed to be done then he found a leak in my other tire which he repaired it the same way. One of the things that impressed me was a lady came in 5 minutes before closing and she had to be at work on Saturday at 7 so they stayed over and repaired her tire as well. Oh this was on Halloween and I am sure they would love to be at home with family.

Reached out to tire barn for new tires to be mounted and balanced. Associate was very informative and gave me a quote. Took Jeep in right away. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Completed the job in a timely manner. Very pleased. Will return.

My boyfriend made an appointment to get his tire patched. When he got there they immediately got his truck up and were working on it. No one came and gave updates or anything. An hour and a half later, they came out and told him that the previous patch in the tire is punctured. So he asked if it can be fixed and they said he needed a new tire. Yet they waited an hour and a half without any updates at all. They put his spare tire on and only filled it up to 32 psi. He didn’t realize until he left so he had to stop at Belle Tire and fill it up. We will not be returning to this location or any other Tire Barn. Don’t waste your time
