“I’ve been using this location for auto tire and repair for a long time. Moved from Mooresville in 2018 and still travel from Indianapolis to this location. They have always treated me well and their pricing is more than fair. When I first moved to Indianapolis a competitor that was closer. They quoted me $1200 for a repair. It sounded pretty steep to me so I traveled to Mooresville and got a quote for the same services for $750. That sounded great to me. When repairs were completed they stated they saved me some money and produced a bill for $675. Damn near half of their competitors quote. They have done at least one job for me that I know they actually lost money on. My experience is that they are good, honest people who will treat you right. I fully trust that if I sent my wife there alone to get a vehicle repaired they would absolutely not take advantage of the fact that she is clueless about automobiles. I’ve been a customer since the early 2000’s and will be a customer for life. I suggest their services to anyone who asks for a recommendation.”

“Repair of 2 wagon tires. Valve stems had been sheared off because I put too much on the wagon. Dropped off the tires and got a call within 2 hours letting me know they were complete. No issues at all and the wagon is back in action for a very reasonable price!”

“The best place to stop and get a used tire on the west side. Give them a call on your way to make sure they got your size. Then pull up, they take your donut or flat off and replace with the tire your purchasing, and 15-20 minutes later your on your way and not late to work. 10 out 10 recommend.”

“Needed my rim fix. They fixed it, sold me a spare & let me borrow a tool to go change my tire. Only cost me $70 which was far cheaper then it cost when when I had to get my tire changed to the spare when I was stuck on the side of the road

“Out of town (200 miles from home) on business and on my last day of being in Indy my car started driving different than before. Not a major issue apparent however I have limited knowledge on vehicles and sent a message to All Star when I arrived to my training facility. Kevin promptly called and I called back immediately. He was so kind and listened to the issues I was having with my car. He was more than willing to get my car in when I could bring it on lunch break for an assessment of what was wrong. His calm demeanor changed my entire mood and brought me a lot of peace. I was supposed to leave Indy after training ended that evening and did not want to risk driving the long trek back to my town before knowing what was wrong. He acted with urgency and said he would do everything to diagnose the problem before I left town. I have not brought my car in yet, but I will update this review and share final thoughts after they look at my car. Just Kevin making time and being calm when I was feeling frantic was enough for me to want to review them ahead of time of service. He understood my concern and urgency and I am so grateful for that level of customer service!”

“Hit something on the highway which ruined the tire and the wheel. Dealership had over torqued the lug nuts which led to broken studs. Called insurance and got a flat bed tow to Tire Barn. They were already closed but allowed us to stay inside as it was cold and rainy until our ride arrived. They replaced the stubs the next day and had us on our way. Great customer service. Thank you”
