“After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!!Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well.Highly recommended.”

“Have had two great experiences with this location. Particular thanks to Casey who goes above and beyond along with having impeccable attention to detail when fixing the vehicle. Had pretty bad paint damage on a medium sized area of the hood that seemed like it was going to require new paint/parts but Casey was able to sand past the damaged layers and buff back out the clear coat. Looks like there was no damage at all now. Saved a lot of time and money due to his experience and thoughtfulness. Much appreciated and certainly would return to this location should the need arise.”

“Amazing customer service. We were traveling thru Indianapolis yesterday with our class A motorhome when we hit road debris.....not sure what the full extent of the damage is as it hasn't been into the shop yet....but they were very prompt and friendly. They came out and picked up our rig and towed it to their shop. They used great care with our unit and made sure that we were all set to get back home while waiting for our unit to get repaired. I will add another review once we're completed, but if the way they started is how they finish I'm going to be beyond satisfied with their services......stay tuned!”

“I have had a love hate with this company but, for the most part they are reliable. I was down on my luck and they were able to tow my car to the battery shop I needed. I had an issue of not being able to put my car in neutral and they still were able to help with dollies they put under my wheels. They were able to help with a minor flock as well which I'm incredibly grateful for. As much as I hate every time I have had to use their services they are straight forward and reliable.
