“I went to Jim's Auto after my daughter recommended them. My car was having problems and was getting bad gas mileage, accelerator was down to the floor and had a hard time getting up to speed and most of the time when you turn the ignition on it would take a few seconds to start. I was told by other mechanics that it was the timing chain, but that wasn't the case. Jim's Auto fixed my car and I found out it was the Camshaft sensor. Thanks to the guys at Jim's Auto they took the time to check it out and find the problem. To Jim, Bill and Nick, Thanks again. ?”

“After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!!Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well.Highly recommended.”

When he evaluated it, he called me with his assessment and was super transparent about what needed to be replaced and how much it would cost. What i learned is that if you have an AWD you need a flat bed.

“I can’t say enough about the guys that came out in the evening when our trailer was completely broke down. All 4 wheels popped off when we hit a bump in the street. We called around for tow trucks and nobody really didn’t want to mess with it. Last chance wreckers are the ones who recommended Hixs. The guy was awesome didn’t bat an eye and to the situation. He came back with a price that beat anyone else’s price. The other wreckers said if they could come out or even entertain to just come out to look would be 1k. Hixs was more than 1/2 the price difference. The other guy showed up and for us to head home they got it from here. The guys came to the house and dropped off our trailer. They were so professional and great to communicate with. I highly recommend this company and the guys that work for them. I just wish I would have gotten their names because they deserve the credit. I hope the owner let these guys know what a fantastic job they did and why I will tell people to use Hixs.”

I live in Haughville seem like the city targets the most vulnerable, when it comes to city ordnance on parked vehicle. I understand, they just don't make the instructions clear and it ends up costing residents money we don't have.”
