“This family is some of the most thoughtful, ethical people I've ever come across. Twice I've called them in a crisis and both times they came immediately and we're able to fix the problem. The 1st time my car had cut off in Carmel and was a complete wreck on the phone. The son was calm and reassuring and even sent a message afterwards to check on me. The father who showed up to tow my car had to get someone from the airport but still came to Carmel to help me.. The 2nd time was this last Friday, Feb 16th when the ice and snow had everyone on the side of the road. Despite having multiple calls the son came straight to me.. he pulled me out and was so gracious about how it all unfolded.. I really want these guys to get CashApp or some method other than Square for ppl like me who would like to leave a tip for their unbeatable service. PS cash is better so u don't have to pay the surcharge that Square ridiculously charges them..Ur in not just good hands, but the BEST hands with Guerrero's !!!”

“I had Hobbs install a new transmission in my motorhome. When I picked it up I could tell something wasn't right (a totally different issue than the transmission) so I called Hobbs and explained my concern. I was told to bring the motorhome back up and they'd take a look at it. It was a small hard to find wiring issue. Hobbs didn't only fix the "new" problem but didn't charge me anything for the repair. I would definitely recommend Hobbs Automotive to my family and friends”

“3D is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 100%. I had a project, a 1981 Jeep Wagoner that sat for 15yrs in a backyard uncovered. Well, through all the rust 3D was able to get my wagon (wagu) back on the road!!! They rebuilt a carburetor, new fuel pump, brakes&rotors, and tune-up just to name a few. They kept me updated on progress and costs of the different repairs. I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.Also, 3D is about the only service center that offers and specializes in rebuilt Carburetors, so bring your old school cars!!! 3D should be every one's place for auto care and maintenance. THANK YOU!!!that I was able to have my Wagoner there, because I was unable to keep it in my driveway. Thank you again 3D.”

“Have had two great experiences with this location. Particular thanks to Casey who goes above and beyond along with having impeccable attention to detail when fixing the vehicle. Had pretty bad paint damage on a medium sized area of the hood that seemed like it was going to require new paint/parts but Casey was able to sand past the damaged layers and buff back out the clear coat. Looks like there was no damage at all now. Saved a lot of time and money due to his experience and thoughtfulness. Much appreciated and certainly would return to this location should the need arise.”

Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!!Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well.Highly recommended.”

We were traveling thru Indianapolis yesterday with our class A motorhome when we hit road debris.....not sure what the full extent of the damage is as it hasn't been into the shop yet....but they were very prompt and friendly. They came out and picked up our rig and towed it to their shop. They used great care with our unit and made sure that we were all set to get back home while waiting for our unit to get repaired. I will add another review once we're completed, but if the way they started is how they finish I'm going to be beyond satisfied with their services......stay tuned!”

“Never a great day when you're broken down off I-70 and your instrument cluster is lit up like a ?. Shady brokers, long waits, the terror of watching your pride and joy shackled and shimmied up a flat bed.Fortunately on this evening, my pull of the tow truck slot machine got me connected with Dwayne and Dave. Their proactive outreach cut through a thoroughly unhelpful roadside assistance broker to not go 50 miles in the wrong direction to a location I was not at. Further they came equipped to handle my delicate and thoroughly incapacitated baby. Finally they finished handing me the paperwork and instructions to ensure key handoff at the dealership was smooth.No offense boys - sincerely hope I do not see you again. But If I or mine break down anywhere in the greater Indianapolis are, I'll do myself a favor and call Martin's first.”
