I've been shopping at this Walmart for 18 years. My family always shopped at Walmart when I was young and since then I've chosen Walmart as my main grocery because it's close and their products are something I am familiar with. Over the past couple visits I've had tremendously awful experiences. Today was the worst in particular. Unfortunately I left my card at home and I tried paying with my phone. This lady goes up to me and says they don't accept electronic pay. She proceeds to snatch my cart and take off saying I can't get the groceries unless I pay and makes a scene. I tried calling my parents to drop off my wallet (Walmart is two minutes away from our house) and she just makes an even bigger scene saying "You gonna pay or not!" In front of everyone, it was embarrassing. There was another time it was raining and I brought in an umbrella and when I went to check out the machine showed a video of me not scanning the umbrella in my cart saying I stole an umbrella! Then they swarmed around me thinking I stole it and i had to explain it was raining outside! To top it all off on holdiays there's two registers open and 2 self checkout lines. Walmart needs to open more registers, no one wants to wait 15 minutes in line to pay for their bananas on Christmas Day.

Ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my daughters party. I got confirmation that they were done and when I arrived the employees working tried giving me a Baby Shark cake. Once I told them what I had ordered they only brought one dozen out and said they only got an order for 1 when I had the confirmation that both were done and already paid for. Even with the receipts they still tried getting me to pay for the dozen they had to make to replace the one I didn’t receive.

This is literally the worst Walmart in the Indianapolis area. Many items do not have the correct price label (some don't have any label at all), many items are not in their correct spot, other things it just looks like they dropped it in its container straight from the truck it was shipped in. Like they don't even bother to put it on the shelves. I love about 5 minutes from this Walmart and it has been such a terrible experience that I go to the meijer now next to it because not even convenience will make me want to go to this Walmart. They either need new management or the management they have now needs to really get on employees because it's disgusting going to this location.

I do the grocery pick up sometimes & I just think they need a better system. I was here at 11am & they were just finishing the 10-11 pick ups. Seemed like they did them all right at 10:50. Now I've been here for 30+minutes waiting for my order that is scheduled for 11-12 pick up. They all come out looking confused & I just wish they would get a better system down

The Grocery pick-up is my favorite thing ever. My order is always ready on time, the online ap keeps me informed, and everyone working in that department is always helpful and has a great attitude.

What a horrible tire center! I bought tires there last November and I've picked up a nail or something in my tire. Took it today at 9:30 to get repaired because the tires are still under warranty. Three hours later they still have not even looked at my tire. I asked how long it would take at 9:30 and was assured it would be done within the hour. When I asked again at the two hour mark I was told I was next. My husband is in hospice in our home and I only had a three hour window to get this taken care of. I have had to leave, with an unrepaired tire to return home. I will never again purchase anything from the Camby Indiana Walmart. They are unreliable and untrustworthy.

An RV'ers overnight dream spot. Safe per Internet crime reports. The parking area has exceptional lighting at night with a large parking lot. The parking area is clean too! Of course this Wal-Mart stop did cost us the price of resupplying our rig with groceries and other dry goods in their very clean & well stocked store! Only down side for some RV'ers is semi_trucks know this location as well. As for us, we like truckers as there parking their high priced tractors and trailers (with expensive loads) indicate this is a safe place to park for the night AND most truckers are very nice. Keep in mind if a refrigerated truck parks near you and their generator bothers you, just move your rig as there is ample spaces We enjoyed our overnight stay and got a good night's sleep to continue our trip in the morning.

Store was clean, Plenty of parking. The lady that helped us was nice even though they did not have what we were looking for. The pet area was clean and well stocked, just did not have what we were looking for. For one of the few times we left without buying anything.

Takes forever for a return. As I write waiting 25 minutes to do a return. Then finally get to a register she closes it. Waiting forever on CSM's for returns ahead of me. Get it together walmart

My mom and I went in to this walmart desperate for a new tire to continue our road trip to Los Angeles. The associate, Bobby, informed us that they were out of the tire that we needed. After rechecking their stock he magically pulled out the exact tire we needed and installed it in less than an hour. It was one of the greatest cases of customer service I've ever experienced. Thanks, Bobby!

It's walmart, so there is that. But as walmarts in the area go, it's one of the best. Cleaner, brighter and a far better selection than the Plainfield store, and more friendly and knowledgeable associates than either Plainfield or Avon. We live less than 15 minutes from the Plainfield store but drive 25 minutes to use this one instead. Meijer is opening in Plainfield on 15 May, it might be advisable for walmart to step up it's game before then.

Standing outside tire center at 7:11 am and they open at 7? Called, they said waiting on management to open the doors. This is why they are losing my business.... Finally unlocked at 7:20. Management unlocked door and walked away. No apology or good morning. Lousy and this has really tripped up my morning.
