It all about trust and the prime reason is Norris.Julie at the front desk is a very good communicator. She always knows the status of my vehicle and is honest in her appraisal of time frames. Regarding the service. Norris attended to all our vehicles at his former place of employment in Washington and was (and is) expert in his diagnostics (especially pre computer sophistication). When Norris fixes anything it stays fixed. When he decided to work at Wagler Automotive we followed him there.And, the cost. Always reasonable especially when I know the service will be expert.”

We were far from home, and they fit us in, and had us fixed up and driving out of their lot in an hour’s time! They even accommodated for our dog, who is one big tank of a canine! They made my availability and time their #1 priority and worked around my schedule. told them when I needed it fixed by and they got it done in time! they were not expensive and when a different problem arised, they called me before fixing it to make sure I was on board with it! “Iv been using Stemen Automotive regularly for I would say 3 months. When Googled an Automotive repair shop near loogootee Stemen popped up. I read the reviews and then I asked a couple local friends of mine and the reviews and personal experiences weren't good. But I was in a bind and had no choice, they said they could get the parts I needed and get the repair fixed in the time frame I needed. Iv continued to use them and they hvnt let me down yet. “This man went above and beyond great service. I took my lawnmower radiator to him on Tues afternoon and he gave me 2 options on fixing it. the next morning he called to say I could pick it up after lunch. His son forgot to put the cap on which I didn't even miss but he called thurs to tell me and offered to mail it since I live 45 min away. His wife took it to the Post office and it was in my hands by 10 the next morning. Reasonable cost and great service.”
