Had a terrible experience this week. Car would not start (starter went out). Was stranded for three hours before the tow truck showed up. The app said they would show up at 10:05. The tow truck arrived at 11:03. That was after I had called the dispatcher several times to request another tow truck since the first didn’t show. Today the supervisor (male) called me and tried to gaslight me, saying we talked a couple times. I never once talked to a man on the phone. He also sarcastically told me to “tell me a story” of what happened and immediately cut me off and interrupted me. What a clown. Very unimpressed with a SERVICE I pay for…

Get your international driving permit at AAA. Made an appointment for 4 pm and left their office at 4:06. Super fast and efficient service!

AAA is awesome. I mean it they are. Their roadside assistance program is a MUST for anyone who travels for work. They've answered so many service calls for me over the years that it's well worth the yearly cost. To be clear, I'm not talking about adding this to your insurance policy. It's something separate. You get benefits by being an AAA member like discounts at hotels and service centers. Moving on, this location is where the magic happens for me. The staff is very friendly, and Jason Stum is truly awesome. He's my agent, and he'll take very good care of you working very hard to find you the best rates for the best coverage. He focuses on your customer satisfaction. Even if AAA can't offer you the best rate in-house, this location can still shop around the big insurance companies to find you the best rate on the market. Jason is really amazing, and I'd highly recommend anyone of doing business here.

Told me come in and the guyvi was supposed to talk to, when he saw, went out the side. The lady I talked to thr phone was in the front desk. She denied talking to me on the and telling me to come in. The lady in the back desk pretended to be on the phone. Please go to the fishers office if you want to be treated like with repsect

Walked in just moved from out of state. Nobody in the office besides employees. I have life car and renters insurance. I have been a member of AAA since 1998. Women was rude and did not want to help me. Said I needed to make appointment to speak with agent sitting in the booth. Very disappointed in customer service. So I am changing insurance companies.

I was stuck on the side of the road and Steveo came and saved me while also making me laugh, he worked fast and had an amazing attitude and after the awful day i had it was beyond appreciated to be taken care of by someone so ready and willing to help :)

Ran out of desiel fuel and website had a button to select desiel, waited over an hour on the side of the highway to receive a phone call saying they don't deliver desiel fuel and that they didn't have a tow truck big enough to get me. Then said desiel fuel delivery was a cash deal! My AAA membership has just been wasted money, maybe they should only provide memberships to people with cars!
