I am still surprised how they have these good ratings.. When I gave it a try, I found it very disappointing service!Updates: I am planning on leaving after being with statefarm for 9 years. I finally found a time to do that. All what they do, they keep sending emails that payment is due, increase your premium without notice!

There really is no need for a State Farm agent. These guys can't help with a claim or really anything. All they're good for is reminding you that your payment is due. Even then, they suck. I told them repeatedly to select only ONE method of contact for me. Yet, they call, text, and email the same message

My situation suddenly changed, and I needed a policy issued with very short notice. Andrew Kennedy and his staff made short work of it, and were so pleasant to deal with along the way, never making me feel like I was putting them out.
