I worked with Kayla the manager and she screwed up my bill then when I came into the store to find out why it is this way. I could never get ahold of her. Spoke to multiple representatives and they always told me to come back on such and such day and she was never around. When I finally had an opportunity to speak with her. She told me it’s because of this insurance and incorrect plan that landed up costing me 70 dollar extra for 2 months. I asked if she could credit my account and she told me to call in. They weren’t able to help me ether. But when calling in I found out that the extra line she told me to get didn’t save me money ether. This is crazy

Do not go here, they will completely lie to you. They’re not a main AT&T store, they sold me stuff. I did not need it. They were lying and say you get things for free but add them to your bill go to the one on Greyhound pass. It’s a main hub.

BUYER BEWARE! This outfit does not properly disclose fees or additional charges.
One person even went as far to say that they are not allowed to sell a cell phone without an extended protection plan. (Which by all accounts are 100% optional).

I waited 20 minutes to get info about my bill & services and a young man told me I needed to go to the store I signed up at. I'm looking for a different store now.

Absolutely no sense of customer service. The representative who finally got around to "Helping" us decided to leave for a break in the middle of our situation. Do not waste your time with this location.

My husband and I went into this location on 9/12 at 6:15, wanting new phones and to switch carriers. We met with Kevin. He proceeded to tell us that “switching carriers is a lot of work and it takes a lot of time”. It took us 10 minutes to get all the numbers we needed. He started setting everything up, then the “system glitched” and everything was deleted. We really needed new phones, as mine was completely broken. I said well let’s try one more time. He did, then he said we would have to pay $700 to walk out the door. When in the beginning it was $200. He said I know you don’t want to do that. I said I’m sorry for wasting your time.
Today we went to another AT&T and the manager told us that, that doesn’t happen and he actually did want us to leave because we were there past closing.
I’m very disappointed as Kevin was so nice and now that I think about it he really did just want us to leave. I’m so sad we didn’t get Ray as he looked so helpful.

Ray Reid was extremely patient, polite and helpful in the upgrade of my cell phone with a smile on his face, being the only one working on the floor that day while other customers were waiting to be helped. Keep up the good work Ray!

Amazing service from Shiloh and Nash (give them a raise please!!!). Friendly service from phone pickup, to turning in the old phones. Top- shelf. Highly recommend.

felt uncomfortable being locked inside the store . the assistance was not trained well and the gentleman on speaker phone telling her what to do was not pleasant
