Went in for a rear wiper blades. They advertise they will put on wiper blades. Before I purchased I wanted to confirm they would put it on for me. The clerk stated they don't install rear wiper blades so I left it there and went to O'Reilly's where I purchased what I needed and they offered to install it for me. In fairness to AutoZone, after my review, they reached out and said they had spoken with staff. But, I won't be back to find out if it made any difference.

I needed a new battery and JD was a great help. He ensured I had grabbed the correct battery and quickly had it installed. He was professional and personable throughout the entire process.

I was waiting for a representative so they could help me outside with my car but they never got here. There was a woman who didn't care if there was a long line to pay and another client was very upset. The lady who attended to us was very professional and asked for forgiveness for the lack of professionalism from her coworkers. This lady deserves to be promoted and she would be a very good manager.

Kevin and Desmond were absolutely life savers! I had a bad windshield wiper and took my car to Firestone to have it looked at. They wanted to charge me at least $130 before even seeing the car and the issue. Drove across the street to this autozone to try and get help and Kevin and Desmond greeted me and were so beyond kind in helping me fix the issue! Turns out, I had a loose bolt that needed to be tightened. I will without a doubt, be back to support this autozone location. Thanks guys!
