Edit: I just recently reached out to Mark to see if he could help me locate a different insurance carrier that offered easy payment through an app. He was super responsive and located a company that offered what I needed. He also was helpful and informative regarding my question on auto insurance policies increasing across the board. I came back to edit my original review as I start my 2nd year doing business with Mark. I cannot recommend him enough! He truly is a gem in the insurance business that cares about the people over the sale side of things.

I recently found Mark online via Google search and was impressed with his reviews, so gave him a call. I had an unfortunate situation with my prior agent so discussed options with Mark, including transferring my exiting policies to his agency, as well as potentially finding new policies with better value. I can say the Google reviews are accurate and I've received great customer service over the past few weeks while working with him. He was very responsive and understanding of my situation with the prior agent. It is clear values the relationship rather than being focused on "transactions". He also demonstrated a high level of integrity in that he offered up a few options where his commissions would be substantially less vs. other alternatives. I appreciated this approach to do the best thing for the customer with the hope that it will result in a long term client relationship/business. Thanks to Mark!

Friendly, professional, eager, and a good driving attitude to do what is best for you. Mark Bailey gave a great home rate and I would recommend him to anyone, he worked hard and in a timely manner. I believe he got everything done I requested within an hour without a team, so very productive person, easy to get along with, and 10+ years of experience.

Very competitive rates, after checking with several auto insurance companies in the area they had the lowest rate by close to 10%.
