Bath & Body Works offers hundreds of quality products, from fragrant body lotion and shower gel to the world's best 3-wick candles and car fragrances. It is a nice place to buy small, thoughtful gifts. The display is always great and the selection is what one would expect. The scents, including the awesome scents of fall, make customers smile. The customer service is amazing. The staff is very friendly, usually very helpful, and definitely above average. They work hard to welcome everyone, making customers feel valued even when only buying a few items. They are ready to help put together the perfect gift or find the perfect scent. Employees are very accommodating and go above and beyond. The process to order online is pretty quick. The store can be busy and slow during the holiday season for picking up orders. Located in a strip with a variety of stores, it allows for a good walk and shopping experience.
