Cristian the CIA Senior in the Geek Squad helped me and my fiancé out so much on numerous occasions and was always able to fix our computer issues and even issues within the BestBuy warranty system. I will always come here again when I need any technical support.

Best Buy offers a wide range of name brands, but their pricing doesn't always match up to the best deals available online. The staff is friendly, yet somewhat detached. Shopping in-store allows freedom, but the real savings often lie in online shopping, making it a preferable option for smart consumers.

I didn't have feelings for any Best Buy one way or the other. If there was a good deal... I'd visit Best Buy, otherwise I had no reason to go there. But, this location...Hard Stop...do not go. There are other, safer options. But, if you absolutely have to go here, do not, under any circumstances bring your family. An employee, wearing a face mask, rainbow shirt, waving his arms wildly, while staring at the ground approached us, but never made contact. I don't know if he had mental issues, or was on drugs... I really don't care. It was extremely uncomfortable. There are many, many other options with sane, friendly, helpful employees. I'll find other best buys or better yet other buisness', before I go here again.

I had a laptop I wanted to see about getting wiped and assessed for trade-in value. The first associate was annoyed I didn't have an appointment (I didn't know it was needed !). The second associate didn't know how to determine the model number. I then went to the computer section and eventually, after a long while, an associate from another department noticed I was still waiting. Che, who introduced himself as "the appliance guy," was able to quickly determine what laptop I currently had, review my new needs for school, and discuss my preferences. He quickly found a great match for me, and didn't try to upsell me ! I appreciate Che's knowledge and friendliness. ?? Unfortunately, I will be making the purchase from another business due to the concern that customer service would be lacking at Best Buy if needed.

I always loved visiting one of my favorite stores just for browsing anything, such as media, electronics, appliances, and more! It's the perfect store that is close from my house! The service right here is always nice! For the media, I can check how much it would be to purchase. Best Buy is one of my favorite stores to visit!

I went to Best Buy this morning to purchase a new TV. Hannah walks out to the floor with a cup of coffee and asked if she could help me. From the beginning to the end of our conversation Hannah was short, snippy, dry and the worst salesperson I have ever met. I was prepared to order my TV for delivery as I knew it wouldn’t fit in my car. Hannah’s attitude was not one that I would spend my money with. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one onsite and a manager would have to call me back. I never received a call back from a manager. I came home and ordered a TV from another company.

It's too big and the staff was very pushy. I was just looking at computers and the employees kept asking me if I had any questions or if I was finding everything ok. The absolute worst customer service. The people in the store are at least kind of also incompetent, but the geek squad phone people are the most frustrating people I've ever had the displeasure of listening to. Also, don't bother trying to call the number to this store directly. It takes you through an endless barrage of touchstone prompts before landing you at a busy signal because they don't take live calls any more. They'll still give you this number and tell you to give them a call even though they know the number can't reach anyone at their store. It feels like they're TRYING to lose business on purpose for some reason...and mission accomplished. I'd rather have Ebola than ever DEA with this wretched place again.

last couple experiences have been terrible. Corporate can not update website properly. When you ask about an item being in stock, the employees have an attitude, provided they even acknowledge your presence. This is becoming a normal across Best Buy stores.

Made an appointment with Geek Squad for an iPhone 11 screen replacement. Arrived on time for the appointment and after 40minutes, was told to return in 90mins. Returned 90mins later only to learn the screen repair completed but there is now a shadow in bottom right corner of the screen. $200 repair for a new screen and new issue they cannot understand how it happened. Save your time and money and take your Apple issues to the Apple Store. They are not qualified to service appropriately. Be aware.
