Mitch and his team have a great operation! They have top tier equipment and take the time to truly asses your needs at the individual level. I’ve had training sessions for about a year and have improved much in that time. No matter your age or physical condition, I highly recommend going to Better Bodies in Carmel!

Mitch and his team were excellent very knowledgeable about fitness and truly dedicated to what they do. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around. I really enjoyed the entire experience.
