I worked there back in 2019 as a paint prep technician. After five Painter's failed to uphold industry standards, and I was required to fix their mistakes. I was told that, I wasn't ready for the Lead Painter position after I asked for a promotion. Not to mention, my flat rate percentage was dropped without notice following that.

My insurance company recommended them. They got the job done. They were able to get it in a month sooner than other collision centers. Jason Story took good care. They even alerted me to a problem in a tire that was a dangerous situation. By the way, they are now Hare Estes Collision.

Awful experience. I had minor door damage backing out of my garage when my son left the door open and it struck the dry wall. They estimated $1800 to repair. A few days after dropping off the vehicle, they text me that upon inspection they've already ordered more parts and are raising the cost to ~ $2700. If you enjoy being charged ~ 50% more than the estimate provided for your repair, this is your place!

I went to the collision center today and my collision estimator was Dave Glessner,he is so rude and very un communicative he just comes out takes pictures and gives you the estimate sheet and cannot or won't answer any questions you may have.Clearly I asked even though you say the car is drivable and I'm telling you I feel something wrong and my car and is louder than before,whatever is wrong it will get fixed correct? He does not answer the question and just says... It doesn't look like any other damage other than the cosmetic if you feel something it couldn't be anything else then you may need a alignment... That is not answering the question, however he just says if your scared to drive it you can just leave it here but it's just going to sit on the lot cause we are backed up and it won't get worked on until the first of the month!! Smh bet I won't deal with them anymore!!!! Their associates are trash!!!

Horrible customer service!!! They never return calls or emails. When you do get someone to answer the phone they promptly put you on hold for over 20 minutes. Staff is rude and not helpful.

Here for a second vehicle repair and was shocked at the historical feedback below. First time around Shane took care of us and we got top notch service and quality of work. Shane even went out of his way to accommodate our timeline in need of an out of town funeral. I'm confident we will have another great experience and would recommend this place to people looking for paint or collision repairs. The Enterprise next door is a great service and experience also!

Great customer service! I had some damage to my car, my insurance company called them and got me set up. The people at Estes have the customer service part knocked out of the park. They've called while my car is in the shop to tell me what's going on and estimated timelines and making sure I didn't have any questions. And I did have lots of questions and everyone was so patient and helpful. I am very happy with the service I've been receiving and can't wait to get my car back. Another awesome feature is that they're connected to enterprise so I just dropped of my car and walked next door for a rental. It's a great setup, everyone is so nice and like I said that good customer service is hard to find. Highly recommend for repairs you may need on your car!

Terrible service!!!! I'll never take any car i own back here!! Had my truck a month, then had to take it back for market markings they left on the right side of my truck and the damage was on the left side!! Left my emblem off my truck and the new bumper was chipped and cracked!! Place doesn't deserve ratings!!

PLEASE BE AWARE: any existing Yelp reviews for Bill Estes Collision Center that were written BEFORE 2019 were actually written for "Butler Auto Collision Center". Bill Estes acquired Butler in 2019, and Yelp hasn't removed the old reviews that are no longer relevant or reflective of the quality of their service. Original Review: I rarely write reviews. When I do, it's because the service that I received was truly outstanding. A few weeks ago, I brought my Mazda3 and my wife's RAV4 in to Bill Estes Collision Center for hail damage repairs. Bottom line - both vehicles were professionally repaired with impressive attention to detail, finished in less time than expected, and thoroughly cleaned inside. However, it's the little things that make a customer service experience genuinely memorable. For example, when our technician noticed that my car's license plate screws didn't fit correctly (my plate rattled when I closed the trunk lid), he grabbed a couple extra plate screws without being asked and took time out of his day to secure my plate so it didn't rattle. This was AFTER the repairs were finished and the bill was paid. While the repairs were being done, the technician responded to every email I wrote in less than an hour. Every question that I asked was met with helpful, detailed, professional advice that went above & beyond a standard answer. Every single employee that my wife and I talked to was friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth - the kind of people you'd want for next-door neighbors. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Estes Collision Center - even if they're not on your insurance company's list of "auto repair partners". It's hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers as much as Bill Estes does.

Butler Toyota collision center made my 2107 Tacoma like new. I had a small dent near my wheel well. But as you know when it comes to dents there is no such thing as a small repair. I had gotten two estimates but I couldn't bring myself to turn over my truck even though they had good reviews. So I decided to go to a Toyota repair shop in Carmel IN. The cost was higher than the other two estimates but as you know you get what you pay for. They did an amazing job, from Michelle the team leader to the workmen ship on my truck. I'm so glad I decided to use a certified shop and the work they did was fantastic. Thank you.
