Carmel Cyclery is a very helpful and great bike shop with super nice people. They provide great service, are attentive and prompt, and are efficient and reasonably priced. The shop is known for fast repairs, coming through earlier than estimated, and quickly fixing issues. They help customers with tire changes, handle bar alignment, tune-ups, and installing items like pedals and saddlebags. The crew takes the time to get bikes up and running, checks them out honestly, and teaches customers about their bikes. They are walking distance for locals and helpful for visitors from out of town. Customers have had a great experience every time, call them the best, and will definitely be back.
Rented a bike for a few hours on the Monon Trail while in town for a conference. The rental agent was super friendly and helpful, and gave great tips for an enjoyable ride. Highly recommend the bike rental experience from this shop.
