Could possibly be the worst location I've been to. Lady helping today was very rude and inattentive. Stopped helping us to go take care of the drive through then told us we were free to speak to the manager. No thank you. Of course the food was good as usual l, so if you are good with that service feel free to try your luck.

I drove further to this location because the one I went to last 3340 86th was closing an hour early. They put chairs up around these poor people trying to have dinner. Tonight I came in to the Michigan Rd Carmel location at 8pm, and they’re closing here too. Kitchen broken down, out of ingredients, draining the teas, so annoying and I’m embarrassed I still paid for dinner instead of getting a steak across the street for $10 more. You go thru a line to order exactly what you want. Be sure to ask if you want a little extra something! I always get as much avocado/guac as they'll give me! :-)

This location has the capability of being a great location, but the customer service I received 11/30/2023 by their employee Alex was very unprofessional and unacceptable. The way she reacted to how I asked a question was very unnecessary and how she continued to speak about me with other employees while I was still in the restaurant was out of line. Dania did a great job and handled the situation with ease and respect. I do get hard employees are hard to come but ensuring you have quality employees while the GM is not present is important. Alex made me aware she was one of the managers but also refused to give me her last name. My overall experience at this location was horrible and that was my first and last time going there.

The food was okay. There was little/no steak, what was there looked cold and old and there was no fresh meat cooking. Obviously I went for chicken instead and the portions of the ingredients were decent… surprised at how expensive chipotle feels like it has gotten. We ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks and somehow spent over $50. The dining room was not clean, the tables were wet/dirty. There was nobody else in the restaurant so not sure what the apparently full staff was doing since they weren’t cooking and they weren’t cleaning.

Got a bowl and the rice was severely undercooked. I did get a nice little jaw workout in trying to chew it at least. Not sure what's been going on, but the quality at Chipotle has been really going down. I recommend going elsewhere for fast Mexican food.

Worst chipotle location. Take the extra time and go to 86th and Michigan Rd. This location gave me 10 pieces of chicken, I counted, little to no veggies and I ordered extra. Rice was undercooked and barely any was put in the bowl. Don’t give this place your business. Hoping to see this location turn around and get some quality control or shut down.

There is an employee who's been working there since this location opened and I have had a bad experience with her almost every single time I come here. Everyone else has always been fine, but I'm sure if the manager is reading this they know exactly who I'm talking about. After today I'm left no choice but to leave this review because I am sick and tired of how nasty she is and as I'm looking at other reviews I see I'm not the only one. How has nothing been done about her attitude towards customers?

I have never in my life experienced the repeated number of error orders from a single restaurant. This location is right by my house and we love Chipotle so we usually go 1x/week. And my order is wrong...every week. They put in soft shells instead of hard shells for my tacos, they add rice randomly even though "no rice" was selected, they're out of milk for my kids' meals so they just don't include milk, they're out of fruit for kids' meals so they just don't mention it and don't offer to substitute something else, they add chicken to cheese-only quesadillas, they put my grown-up size soda into a kids water cup, I select "add silverware" and get 0 silverware. The list goes on and on. It's so bad that we now have to check our orders twice because there's usually more than 1 error and then decide which errors we care most about because we know we won't get them all fixed. I don't know what is going on over there but it's a hot mess. We've also had multiple times of having to wait 15+ minutes plus promised time from ordering pick-up, which defeats the order of ordering pick-up. And the last time my tacos were wrong, I asked them to be fixed and was told "Well, there's 20 orders ahead of you now so you'll have to wait until we're done with everyone else to fix your order." I don't think that's how fixing order errors works... really hoping their manager does some training or something. I'd like to reach out to cooperate because it's so bad.

The amount you get in a bowl is extremely inconsistent depending on the person making it. I barely got anything in my bowl for 17$. Disappointing. And consistently out of items.

Emplyees here appear to hate life. Food has been reliably good but otherwise, not a great atmosphere (was previously a KFC).Recommend getting take out.
